Some people are fighting me everyday

O, Lord i ask you to manifest yourself in my battle that is going on against me. Lord fight those who are fighting me.

We hear your cry for help in the midst of conflict, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting your battle to the Lord who is our mighty warrior. The Word of God assures us that the Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble (Psalm 9:9). You are not alone in this fight, for the Lord goes before you and fights on your behalf.

First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you" (John 16:23). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through faith in Him that we find peace and victory. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we encourage you to do so, for He is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6).

Now, let us pray for your situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing daily battles. Lord, You see the struggles and the attacks that are coming against him/her. We ask that You manifest Your power and Your presence in this situation. Fight for him/her, O Lord, as You have promised in Your Word. "The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace" (Exodus 14:14).

Father, we rebuke every spirit of strife, division, and conflict that is rising against our brother/sister. We declare that no weapon formed against him/her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him/her in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). Lord, let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard his/her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We pray for those who are fighting against him/her, Lord. Soften their hearts and open their eyes to see the truth. If their actions are rooted in malice or ungodliness, we ask that You bring conviction and repentance. "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:21).

Father, grant our brother/sister the strength to stand firm in faith, knowing that You are with him/her. Remind him/her that "the battle is not yours, but God’s" (2 Chronicles 20:15). Fill him/her with Your Holy Spirit, that he/she may walk in wisdom, love, and discernment in every situation.

Lord, we also ask that You reveal any areas in his/her life where unforgiveness, bitterness, or ungodly responses may be giving the enemy a foothold. Help him/her to forgive as You have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13), and to walk in the light of Your love.

We declare victory over this battle in the name of Jesus, for You have already won the war. Thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness and for fighting on our behalf. We trust in You, and we rest in Your promises. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, knowing that the Lord is your defender. Surround yourself with godly counsel and fellowship, for "though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken" (Ecclesiastes 4:12). Spend time in God’s Word, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). The enemy may come against you, but remember that greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9). The Lord is your refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We hear the exhaustion behind your words, when it feels like the battle comes every day, it wears on you in a way that goes deeper than words can fully carry. What you’re naming is real, and you're not alone in it.

Sometimes the most important thing in the middle of a fight is to steady your footing before you swing. The enemy wants you reactive, isolated, and consumed with what everyone else is doing. But God’s defense often looks like anchoring you so firmly in His protection that you stop looking over your shoulder. That doesn’t mean the attacks aren’t real, it means you’re safest when your eyes are fixed on the One who already holds the outcome.

One concrete step that might help right now: ask a trusted, mature believer to simply pray with you in person or over the phone this week. Not necessarily to strategize or rehash the details, but to stand with you and speak peace over your situation. There’s something about not carrying the weight alone that reminds us God’s shoulders are broader than ours.

We're praying with you now:

Lord Jesus, You see every hidden scheme and every word spoken against this person. You are their defender, their shield, the One who fights when they have no strength left. We ask You to make Your protection so tangible that fear loses its grip. Surround them with Your presence. Grant them wisdom to know when to act and when to rest in You. Silence the voices of accusation, and let Your peace stand guard over their heart and mind. Glorify Yourself in this battle, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of those who fight against you, and you ask the Lord to manifest Himself in the battle. Yet consider this, can you fly back in your mind to contemplate God alone, no creature, no breath of song, no motion of wing, God himself alone, without another? Then indeed he had no rival. If God be for you, who can be against you? But take heed lest you fight in your own strength, for never a man yet had anything to boast of as his own but God was sure to dry him up. Your enemies cannot touch a hair of your head unless the Lord permits it, for God is present everywhere, and in all things his hand is at work, in what seems evil as well as in what seems good.

Instead of crying out for God to fight those who fight you, receive the kingdom of God as a little child. A child does not roar against its adversaries but trusts its father to defend it. Whatever some may think, the whole spirit and tone of the Word of God leads us to believe that we must come helpless, saved simply according to the will and good pleasure of God. He that has an honest heart, no matter how deeply learned, always feels it sweet to be a child in the presence of his God. The most gigantic minds in the world are the most childlike. So lay down your self-assertion that would grasp the sword and let the Lord take up your cause.

Get alone with God and declare your ways to him. The primary posture is a man of God alone with God, "I have declared my ways, and You heard me: teach me Your statutes." Tell him what troubles you, as one who knows what he is talking about, not as guesswork but with the certainty the Spirit of God bears witness to. Do not dictate to the Most High how he must manifest himself, but like a little child, ask him to teach you wisdom, to give you your Master's wisdom who baffled all his adversaries though they constantly sought to catch him. You want help, but remember the words of the king of Israel: "If the Lord does not help you, where can I find help for you?" You lie in the hands of God. If he withholds deliverance for a season, it is not because his arm is shortened, for he could divide the Atlantic as easily as he did the Red Sea. With God all things are possible, not were, but are still.

And here is the sweetest word for your soul: if you feel that sin itself is your worst adversary, and that your own heart fights against you worse than any outward foe, remember that the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin. God took sin from off the back of sinners and laid it on his innocent and only-begotten Son. As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. He does not again lay to the charge of men what he has once forgiven. So if God himself has been fighting against you because of your iniquity, flee to the cross and find him to be your God and your friend.

And if the heavens seem brass and you think God has forsaken you, do not give up prayer. Cry as your Lord did, "My God, my God." If you cannot call Jehovah "Father" in the full sweet sense, yet call him your God. Let the personal pronouns take their hold, "My God, my God." Sink or swim, still hold on to Jesus. As for me, if ever I am lost it shall be at the foot of the cross. Go to the rear of the ship, as your Master did in the storm, and fall asleep upon the pillow of the providence of God. You have done your best; you have worked hard; now is the time to exercise faith upon a living God. Your God is not worth having if he cannot help you when you want help. He will rise and rebuke the winds and the waves, and there will be a great calm.

Your cry is heard. The Lord is not deaf to the groaning of His people, nor is His arm shortened that it cannot save. Yet consider well who the true enemies are, and what kind of victory you seek. For our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spirits of wickedness. They who fight against you daily, if they are men, are but tools. The real adversaries are the passions that war within your own soul: anger, pride, the love of being esteemed, the desire for revenge. These, not your neighbor, must be cast down first.

Look to Christ, who sat down at the right hand of the Father, from thence expecting till His enemies be made His footstool. All unbelievers, all demonic powers, are already destined for that subjection. He has perfected forever those who are sanctified by His one offering. Why then does He delay? For the sake of the faithful yet to be gathered. So too in your life, the apparent delay is not indifference but a summons to trust. He will manifest Himself, but perhaps not as you imagine. He may not smite your human antagonists, but He will give you strength to endure, to bless those who curse you, to pray for those who despitefully use you. Remember Paul: for the sake of his enemies who stoned him, he chose to suffer all things. Could you bear even a little of that love toward those who trouble you? If you love only those who love you, what reward have you?

Refuse to be wounded by the jeers of cruelty. Many enter the battle array with hands too shriveled to give alms, feet that run toward the theaters, eyes full of lust, bellies enslaved to gluttony. How can such soldiers stand? Examine yourself: are there such diseases festering within? The enemy mocks you when you are already weakened by your own vices. Cleanse your soul first, and then you will see clearly. The Lord strong and mighty in battle will fight for you, but He commands you to put on His armor. This armor is humility, fasting, prayer, and above all, forgiveness. When your own heart is at peace, even the raging of foes becomes a light thing. For what can they truly harm? Your inheritance is not lands or houses that enemies might seize, but a kingdom that cannot be shaken.

Entrust your cause to the Judge who repays. He who said, “Vengeance is mine, I will repay,” does not sleep. Yet if while you wait you return cursing for cursing, you only multiply strife and make yourself a spectacle of defeat. Let your conduct silence the foolish. Overcome evil with good, and you will heap coals of fire on their heads. That is the true manifestation of God in your battle: not thunderbolts, but a soul so transformed that enemies are put under your feet by your perseverance in love. Then you will share in the glorious triumph of Him who led captivity captive and divided the spoils of the strong.

I hear the weight of your words, the relentless pressure of being opposed day after day. That kind of strain wears on the soul, and it’s natural to cry out for the Lord to step in and fight for you. Take heart: you’ve asked for exactly the right thing.

The battle truly does belong to the Lord. When the enemy presses in and the odds feel overwhelming, God’s pattern is not to hand you a sword and say, “Try harder.” He calls you to stand still and watch His deliverance. Remember how, when a vast army came against Jerusalem, the word came: “The battle is not yours, but God’s.” They went out not to fight, but to praise, and the Lord set ambushes and threw their enemies into chaos. He does not need your panic or your flesh-driven counterattacks; He requires your trust. If you step into the arena swinging, you’re fighting a spiritual battle with carnal weapons, and that’s a trap that will exhaust and twist you. Satan knows how to whip you when you’re in the flesh. Instead, hand the entire mess over to the One who rides on the heavens to help you.

God often delivers in ways that shatter conventional wisdom. He sends hailstones, confusion, or simply turns the attackers against one another while His people watch. He surrounds you with a protective hedge, as He did with Job, so that the enemy cannot reach you without permission. The angels have their charge. Your part is to abide under that shelter, refuse vengeance, and let Him be the righteous Judge. Cursing your enemies or trying to orchestrate their downfall will only harm you; the Lord reserves wrath for His own enemies, and He alone knows how to deal with them perfectly.

Pray, then, not primarily for their destruction, but for God to manifest His justice and to preserve your heart. David, even in old age when the sword never departed from his house, repeatedly poured out his anxiety about enemies before the Lord, but he did not take matters into his own hands. He trusted God to be his shield. You can do the same. Bring every name, every incident, every gnawing fear into His presence, and leave it there. The answer may not be instant removal, but God can make you unshaken in the midst of the roar, until you come back with joy because He has made you rejoice over what He did.

So release the burden of being your own defender. The Lord Himself will cause those who fight you to stumble, often without you ever lifting a finger. Rest in that promise, keep your eyes on Jesus, and let Him be the supernatural warrior on your behalf.

I got it that I am not letting people rob my peace cause some people are just not worth it, and hopeless so it is better to live and let live. Rather than going for the lesson and felt very hurt after the lessons.
