Some of my customers are pushy people, real pain in the butts. They call me after hours when I'm trying to relax, or even on my day off on Sunday, which even if it's not for that day, who wants to get bogged down talking about job-related things on their day off? And they know this, because I told them, yet it goes in one ear and out the other because they're selfish and self-centered and are thinking of themselves over me. It's also disrespectful, disregarding someone's wishes to suit themselves. This is a problem I need to overcome. For now, if they get out of hand, I turn the phone off for a while and give myself a break. I'm entitled.
