Solution To Caretaker

My husband is still not well. He is forever asking me to take off work to be with him becuase he doesn't feel good. I can't take off any more time becuase I don't have any moe time. He says he understands that but he started askign again. then he get mad at me when I forget to do things for him. But I have a lot of things on my mind. I need a solution an am praying for one.
