Disciple of Prayer
Thank you, Lord for all you’ve done for me and your people, through sending your Son Jesus Christ! I come in prayer request for my ### who is experiencing alcoholism, he has a good heart but if he was sober and walking in Christ it would be so much better. Help me in dealing with my mom. I think we both struggle with rebellion we are both stuck because it hurts when we get correction and instead of changing in resistance. And it makes a very stressful household. She raises her voice and it just stresses me out. I don’t do what she needs me to do around the house and it stresses her out. It’s so much strife I don’t know if either of us will ever change! We need you always Lord. Help us to work together and with kind words and to walk with each other in this Christian Race. I ask for prayer request for my friend who just finalized her divorce from her husband and though it’s a relief, it’s also hurtful that he just wanted to end the marriage without Christ and working on the relationship. I pray for my family to seek you Lord and your son Jesus and to do the right thing according to your will and if the family doesn’t do right that you rebuke and block anything negative or evil being pursued or put forth. Help us in the transition of dealing with the loved one we have to take care of that’s going into a care facility. May he get the help that he needs and the healing that he needs in these last years of his life. Touch his heart Lord to do better by his body and spirit. Help him to reconcile. Lord, we ask for peace and understanding in the loss of our friend ### and help them in this time of mourning and may they seek your face. Any help they may need please give it to them. Help me come to appreciate this birthday that is coming up and to be grateful and handle some of my responsibilities so that I can enjoy the next weekend and better health. Lord, help me in being so angry and hurt and sensitive about everything. Help me to become more like you Jesus and more mature! In Jesus Name Amen!
