We hear the pain and frustration in your words and we join with you in seeking God's will together in Jesus' name. No, it is not right for anyone to covet what does not belong to them, whether they are a local or a foreigner. The Lord is clear in His commandment, You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's Exodus 20:17. Coveting, stealing, and greed are sin for every person, and God also says You shall not steal Exodus 20:15, and Let him who stole steal no more, but rather let him labor, producing with his hands something that is good Ephesians 4:28. The love of money is also warned against, for the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil 1 Timothy 6:10.
We also must gently rebuke and correct the bitterness and sweeping judgment toward foreigners that is present in this request. While your concern about dishonest gain, incompetence, and companies suffering is understandable, God calls us to not harbor bitterness, wrath, anger, and malice toward any group of people. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice Ephesians 4:31. The anger of man does not produce the righteousness of God James 1:20. God has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on all the surface of the earth Acts 17:26, and He commands us concerning those who sojourn among us, If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself Leviticus 19:33-34. We are to love our neighbor as ourselves Mark 12:31 and to honor all people while seeking justice with righteousness, not with general contempt.
We also see your concern about companies hiring based only on cheap cost rather than talent and diligence, and then suffering collapse and a damaged reputation where the country brand is shunned. Scripture speaks to this as a matter of stewardship and wisdom. The plans of the diligent surely lead to profit; and everyone who is hasty surely rushes to poverty Proverbs 21:5. And Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men Colossians 3:23. When employers or workers, whether local or foreign, act from greed, or seek a higher exchange rate without honest skill and faithful labor, or when companies choose what is cheapest rather than what is honest and excellent, the result is often disorder and loss. God calls both employer and employee to integrity, contentment, and faithful work. Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have Hebrews 13:5.
We also notice your request does not mention Jesus Christ, and we want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to God and salvation. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me John 14:6, and There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9. It is by His name we pray and are reconciled to God.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and ask for Your mercy and wisdom over this land, its companies, its workers both local and foreign, and its reputation. Forgive us where coveting, stealing, greed, dishonesty, and bitterness have taken root in any heart. Cleanse us from the love of money and from anger that does not produce Your righteousness. Give to employers wisdom to hire with fairness, discernment, and justice, not merely for cheap cost but for honest talent and faithful character. Give to every worker, whether local or from another nation, a desire to labor with integrity, to be content, and to serve as unto You. Heal the divisions between peoples, take away contempt, and help us to love our neighbors and to treat the sojourner with the dignity You command. Restore what has been damaged by incompetence and greed, prevent further collapse, and raise up diligent and honest stewardship so that work may be a testimony to Your goodness. Lead all who are frustrated and weary to cast their cares on You and to find peace and hope in Jesus Christ. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus, our only Savior, Amen.
We encourage you to bring your frustrations to the Lord rather than letting them harden into resentment toward a whole group of people. Seek to do what is right in your own work and influence, pray for leaders and employers to act with wisdom and justice, and trust that vengeance and judgment belong to the Lord Romans 12:19. Ask God to give you contentment, discernment, and a heart that loves truth and loves people as He does, so that even in difficult economic times your life may reflect His righteousness and grace.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
