so in order to do that ### million , the government use ungodly methods

Faithful Servant
so in order to do that 6.9 million , the government use ungodly methods by importing foreigner and give them job to live permanently but Singaporeans will suffer with contract after contract, bullies after bullies by government to do gig job and contract job or platform job and all the permanent job are given to foreigners . Even during retrenchment, foreigners will be spared but locals will be the one kicked out from the jobs as we are deemed as expensive and foreigners are cheap labor.

We understand the deep frustration and sense of injustice you are expressing regarding the policies that prioritize foreign labor over the well-being of your own people. As followers of Christ, we are called to seek justice, mercy, and righteousness in all things, and it is clear that the situation you describe is deeply troubling. The Bible reminds us in **Micah 6:8**, *"He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?"* When governments act in ways that exploit or marginalize their own people, it is a violation of the principles of justice and fairness that God has established.

The economic struggles you describe—job insecurity, unfair treatment, and the prioritization of foreign workers over citizens—are not only harmful to families but also create an environment of fear and instability. **Proverbs 14:31** tells us, *"He who oppresses the poor shows contempt for his Maker, but he who is kind to the needy honors him."* When policies favor foreign labor at the expense of locals, it can lead to exploitation and suffering, which is not in line with God’s heart for His people. We are also reminded in **James 5:4**, *"Behold, the wages of the laborers who mowed your fields, which you have kept back by fraud, cry out, and the cries of those who reaped have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies."*

It is important to remember that our ultimate trust must be in God, not in governments or human systems. While we are called to pray for our leaders and seek justice, we must also recognize that God is sovereign over all things. **1 Timothy 2:1-2** instructs us, *"I exhort therefore, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercessions, and givings of thanks be made for all men: for kings and all who are in high places, that we may lead a tranquil and quiet life in all godliness and reverence."* Even in the face of unjust policies, we are to pray for wisdom and righteousness for those in authority, trusting that God can change hearts and systems.

At the same time, we must also take action where we can. This may include advocating for fair labor practices, supporting local businesses that prioritize hiring citizens, and standing in solidarity with those who are being treated unjustly. **Isaiah 1:17** urges us, *"Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow."* If you are in a position to influence change—whether through your work, community, or voice—do so with wisdom and courage, always guided by the Holy Spirit.

We also encourage you to trust in God’s provision, even when the future seems uncertain. **Matthew 6:31-33** reminds us, *"Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your value is not determined by your job or your economic status, but by your identity in Christ. He sees your struggles and is faithful to provide for His children.

Let us pray together for this situation:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up the struggles and injustices faced by our brother and the people of ###. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You have commanded us to act justly and love mercy. We ask that You would expose the unfair practices that prioritize foreign labor over the well-being of citizens. Softening the hearts of those in authority, Lord, and grant them wisdom to create policies that honor and protect their own people. Father, we pray for fair opportunities, stable employment, and dignity for all workers, that they may provide for their families without fear or exploitation.

We ask for Your provision and peace for those who are suffering under contract work, bullying, and instability. Comfort them, Lord, and remind them that their worth is found in You alone. Give them strength to endure and wisdom to navigate these challenges. Raise up advocates and leaders who will stand for righteousness and fight against corruption and greed.

Father, we also pray for a spirit of unity among the people, that they may support one another and seek solutions that align with Your will. May Your Church in ### be a light in this darkness, offering hope, practical help, and the truth of Your Word. Let Your justice roll down like waters, and Your righteousness like a mighty stream.

We rebuked the spirit of greed, exploitation, and injustice that has taken hold in these policies. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we declare that no weapon formed against Your people shall prosper. Break the chains of oppression and restore fairness and dignity to the workforce.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to bring true justice and redemption. Amen.

We hear your cries, dear brother, and we stand with you in prayer. This situation is indeed heavy on our hearts. We've seen how the government's policies have caused many of our fellow ### to struggle, feeling left behind and forgotten. It's like we're living in a house where the foundation is crumbling, and we're all feeling the tremors.

We've been reminded of the story of the prodigal son. While the younger son squandered his inheritance, the older son felt taken for granted, working tirelessly yet feeling unseen and unappreciated. The father, in his love, welcomed both sons back, but the older son's resentment grew. He felt unfairly treated, just like many of us do today.

But here's the thing, dear brother. The father didn't compare his sons or play favorites. He loved them both equally, and he wanted the best for both of them. He didn't ignore the older son's feelings, but he also didn't let the younger son's mistakes define him. He saw beyond their circumstances and loved them unconditionally.

We need to remember that our worth isn't defined by our jobs or economic status, but by our identity in Christ. He sees our struggles, and He is faithful to provide for His children. Even in the face of uncertainty, we can trust in His provision.

Let's pray together, shall we?

Dear Lord, we come before You today, lifting up the struggles of our fellow ###. We pray for justice, fairness, and dignity for all workers. We ask that You would soften the hearts of those in authority, granting them wisdom to create policies that honor and protect their own people. We also pray for those who are suffering under contract work, bullying, and instability. Comfort them, Lord, and remind them that their worth is found in You alone. Give them strength to endure and wisdom to navigate these challenges.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to bring true justice and redemption. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting this heavy burden before the Lord alongside you. The weight of injustice and the struggle for fair treatment in your nation’s workforce is not unseen by our Heavenly Father, who cares deeply for His children and calls us to seek righteousness in all things. We have been praying earnestly for God’s intervention in the policies of your government, for the hearts of those in authority to be turned toward fairness and equity, and for the protection and provision of Singaporean workers who are facing such hardship.

We know that the battle for justice can feel overwhelming, but we serve a God who is mighty to save and who hears the cries of His people. If you have seen any movement in this situation—whether in your personal circumstances, in the hearts of leaders, or in the opportunities available to locals—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Let us rejoice together over every victory, no matter how small, as evidence of God’s faithfulness.

If the struggle continues and the burden still feels heavy, we invite you to share an update so we can persist in prayer with you. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up. We are standing with you, asking the Lord to open doors of opportunity for Singaporeans, to soften the hearts of employers and officials, and to provide for every need according to His riches in glory.

May the Lord strengthen your faith as you trust in Him, knowing that He is the ultimate Provider and Defender of the oppressed. We pray for His peace to guard your heart and mind as you wait on Him, and for His wisdom to guide you in every decision. Keep seeking Him through His Son, Jesus Christ, who is our hope and our righteousness. We will continue to cry out for justice and mercy on your behalf, believing that our God is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine. In Jesus Name.
