We will be submitting a request to our first lender thru a service company called America Servicing Company. Our first mortgage has a 7.5% interest rate and the variable terms expires in May this year. I don't have a permanent job right now-I am working as a consultant but is able to pay the monthly mortgage (but was behind for two months). We will be requesting the lender to lower the interest rate and change the loan terms into a 30-year fixed term. Also the loan is under the son's name (but actually i am the one paying) who is now married and is renting an apartment. We will disclose this fact with the lender but please help us pray that my son's situation will not hinder our request. The lender already knows that I am actually the one paying the loan. Please pray for the smooth and speedy approval of these requests. Thank you so much.
