Beloved of All
Small Prayer & Evangelism Outreach Tonight Zech 4:10, Weekly Prayer Meetings Increase from 1 to 2 or 3 per Wk, Steady Gospel Outreach, Effectiveness 2 Thes 3:1-3...🧎🏻Father, please strengthen our small team through the grace and riches and love of Christ for not only us, but for the lost, Luke 19:10. Bless our little prayer and evangelistic meetings. I ask the intercessors and evangelists are strengthened not by might nor power but by The Holy Spirit, Zech 4:6, Eph 3:14-20. Draw people out, Jn 6:44, let us not despise the day of small beginnings, Zech 4:10, for the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth seeking to show Yourself STRONG on behalf of those whose hearts are fully committed to Him, 2 Chron 16:9. We humbly ask for testimonies of Your grace, conversions and some signs signifying that Jesus is the Savior of all who believe, Jn 3:16.

Pour out the Holy Spirit of Prayer on us, (Spirit of Grace and Supplication), Zech 12:10. Help us be burdened for souls, Ezek 9:4, labor until Christ is formed in people, Gal 4:19. May it grow to like three days a week, also more outreaches, effectiveness, the wise ones win souls, Prov 11 and those that lead many to righteousness like the stars forever, Dan 12:3...

Also, for the weekly evangelistic outreach, Lord, let us not let it get “rained out,” or not meet “because of the heat” or if someone “gets sick,” or “I bought some land and have to check it out,” or “I married a wife and cannot come,” or “I bought some oxen and have to try them out,” Lk 14:18-20, etc...

Let the love of CHRIST COMPEL us to not live for ourselves (since we're already dead, Gal 2:20-21), but for Christ who died and rose on our behalf, 2 Cor 5:14-15. Let the LOVE of CHRIST COMPEL US to COMPEL others to come to the wedding feast, Lk 14:23-24. Let the Word of The Lord prevail like in Ephesus, Acts 19:10, even granting attesting miracles, Acts 19:11, 1 Cor 12:28, and sound conversions, like Zacchaeus, Lk 19:8, 2 Cor 7:9-11. Keep the evil one away from the team all week, especially on the days of prayer and outreach, 2 Cor 2:11, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, Eph 6:18-19, as well as evil people and imposters, 2 Tim 3:5, 2 Tim 3:13, Tit 1:16, 2 Thes 3:2-3 and let the Word run freely and be received, 2 Thes 3:1, Matt 28:18-20, Thank You in Jesus' Name.

We rejoice with you in this earnest cry of your heart for the lost and the growth of your prayer and evangelism efforts! Your request is deeply aligned with God’s heart, for He desires all to come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9) and delights in the salvation of souls. The scriptures you’ve cited, Zechariah 4:6, Luke 19:10, and 2 Corinthians 5:14-15, remind us that this work is not by human strength but by the power of the Holy Spirit, compelled by the love of Christ.

We stand with you in agreement, lifting up your team before the Lord. Father, we ask that You pour out Your Spirit of grace and supplication upon them, as You promised in Zechariah 12:10. Strengthen their intercession, burden their hearts for the lost, and let them labor until Christ is formed in those they reach (Galatians 4:19). May they not despise the day of small beginnings (Zechariah 4:10), but trust in Your faithfulness to multiply their efforts for Your glory. We pray for open doors for the Word (Colossians 4:3) and that the gospel would run swiftly and be honored (2 Thessalonians 3:1), even as it did in Ephesus (Acts 19:10).

Lord, we rebuke every distraction, excuse, or opposition that would hinder these meetings, whether from the evil one, weariness, or worldly cares (Luke 14:18-20). Let the love of Christ compel them to persist, knowing they no longer live for themselves but for Him who died and rose again (2 Corinthians 5:14-15). Protect them from deception, evil people, and imposters (2 Timothy 3:5, 13), and grant them discernment to walk in wisdom. We ask for testimonies of Your grace, conversions, and signs that point to Jesus as Savior (John 3:16), even as You did through the apostles (Acts 19:11).

Heavenly Father, we also lift up the hearts of those who will be reached. Draw them by Your Spirit (John 6:44), soften their hearts to receive the truth, and let them experience the transforming power of the gospel, as Zacchaeus did (Luke 19:8). May Your Word prevail in their lives, leading to true repentance and faith (2 Corinthians 7:9-11).

We pray all this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12) and through whom we have access to the Father (Ephesians 2:18). May Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this outreach, for Your glory alone. Amen.

We’re right there with you in spirit, standing alongside this small but mighty team. It’s moving to see your heart for the lost and your deep desire to be compelled by Christ’s love rather than sidelined by everyday excuses. That honesty about the “rained out” days and the pull of other responsibilities is something we all wrestle with, and it’s a gift you’re bringing it before the Lord.

Something we’ve seen again and again is that God does some of His deepest work in the seemingly hidden, unimpressive moments. The enemy wants you to despise the small beginnings and grow weary in the waiting. But your gathering tonight, even if it feels ordinary, is a quiet act of faith that heaven pays attention to. Prayer is never wasted, even when results aren’t immediately visible, the Spirit is already moving in ways you can’t see.

When you meet tonight, it may help to take just a few minutes together to name the most common obstacles you face as a group: the heat, the sickness, the honest weariness, the allure of other commitments. Lay them out in prayer specifically and ask God to give you a shared, stubborn resolve. Sometimes simply acknowledging those pressures aloud as a team robs them of their power and builds a holy accountability that keeps you showing up week after week.

And remember, you don’t need to be spiritual giants to be effective. The simple presence of a few believers gathered in Jesus’ name, offering the gospel one conversation at a time, is exactly how the kingdom advances. You’re in good company, from a servant girl pointing Naaman to healing, to ordinary disciples who simply told what they’d seen and heard. Keep showing up in that same spirit.

Father, thank You for this faithful team and the fire You’ve put in their hearts. Shield them from the weariness that creeps in, and let the love of Christ truly compel them past every excuse. Strengthen their small group by Your Spirit, draw seekers to their gatherings, and let the Word run freely and bear lasting fruit. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You lay hold of a vital truth when you cry out for the Spirit’s strength rather than your own. Not by might, nor by power, but by My Spirit, saith the Lord of hosts. This must be etched upon the heart of every intercessor and every evangelist, else the work shall come to nothing. Without the Holy Spirit, prayer is a bird without wings, an arrow without a bow, and preaching is but the stretching out of a dead man’s arm. Do not despise the day of small beginnings, for the eyes of the Lord do indeed run to and fro to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are whole toward Him. A little gathering, alive with the unction of the Holy One, is worth a thousand lifeless assemblies gadding about after the trifles of this world. The Spirit deals not with the politics and sciences of men; He takes of the things of Christ and shows them unto us. Let every prayer meeting, every street corner testimony, be occupied with nothing but Christ and Him crucified, and you stand on Holy Spirit ground.

Yet, beware of grieving this blessed Helper. Unbelief vexes Him sorely. When you look at the clouds and fear a meeting rained out, or worry over heat or sickness, or imagine excuses rising from lands and oxen and marriage, you are in danger of quenching the very power you seek. The love of Christ must compel you, for you are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God. Dead men concern themselves not with the buying of oxen. Go out into the highways and compel them to come in, and trust the Spirit to attend the Word with attesting signs and sound conversions like that of Zacchaeus. But remember this, the Holy Spirit must rest upon you afresh. Have you received the Holy Spirit since you believed? Is there not much divine power not yet manifested? Cry out day and night, “Take not Thy Holy Spirit from us! Return, return, O Holy Spirit, return!” Confess your utter helplessness before every meeting, and let the fire fall from heaven. Then shall the Word of the Lord prevail, and you shall lead many to righteousness, shining as the stars forever and ever.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You speak of small beginnings and fear that the work will be hindered by trifling excuses. I have seen this. Men say, I have bought a field, or I have married a wife, and they absent themselves from the wedding feast of the Lord. But let your own heart be watchful. If we wake, we shall not need the help of others; but if we sleep, the help of others will profit us nothing, but even with this we perish. The prayer of the saints is good, but only when we ourselves are on the alert. Do not place yourself in a situation to need it; yet we are always in need of it if we think rightly. Paul did not say, What need have I of prayer? And yet those who prayed were not worthy of him. Peter did not say, What need have I of prayer? For prayer was made earnestly of the Church for him. Do not exalt yourself, lest you be humbled.

You ask for increase. The food does not increase the body, but the providence of God. Neither is he who plants anything, neither he who waters; but God that gives the increase. The seed of corn falls into the ground and dies, and then it bears much fruit. So it is with the work of the Gospel. The increase of the fruits of your righteousness is a spiritual thing, and it comes from Him who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food. He multiplies your seed for sowing. Yet know this: the increase of acquisitions often kindles the flame of desire and makes the getters poorer by putting them in greater want. So when we pray for increase, we pray not for riches but for sufficiency, that you may have things for your necessities and a supply to sow for others.

Do not despise the day of small things because your body seems dead or the resources dead, like Abraham facing the deadness of his own body and of Sarah’s womb. Against hope he believed in hope. The obstacles were many, but the high spirit of the righteous man surmounts all. Your small team is like that. You have no other person to look to save God only. That is why it must be against hope. And if you are willing to believe and to be confident in prayer, you shall do greater things. Not only shall you see conversions, but you shall remove mountains. He says this a second time to make you cleave to prayer and faith.

You fear being rained out or sick or distracted. Every single day the rocks are many, and oftentimes the boat strikes and is sunk. The affairs of every day are a fight, a tempest and a storm. Prayer is a great weapon. If we have first made God propitious by prayer and supplication, going forth we shall have no enemy. Or if we should, we will laugh him to scorn, having God propitious. There is war in the marketplace. We need favorable winds. We need to learn everything so as to go through the length of the day without shipwrecks and without wounds. So let the love of Christ compel you, not your own resolve alone. If you wake in the morning and meditate on these things, you will go forth to your business with much security.

And do not neglect almsgiving, for it gives strength to the medicine of repentance. Water will quench a flaming fire, and alms will do away with great sins. But whether you give or receive, receive not as though you yourselves had need. Rejoice not on your own account, but on that of the givers, and thus you will render them more zealous. Then the Word will run freely, the evil one will be kept back, and you will see the Word prevail. The very thing you fear, the smallness, is what draws the eyes of the Lord, who runs to and fro to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are fully committed to Him. So let prayer be made earnestly, and go forth.

The request you have written is full of faith, and I am glad to stand with you in it. You are right to take Zechariah's words to heart: do not despise the day of small things. A small team gathered for prayer and evangelism is not a weak thing when the Lord is in it. His eyes are not scanning for large crowds or impressive programs; they run throughout the earth to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose hearts are fully His. So let the smallness drive you to dependence, not discouragement.

Prayer is something learned best by practice. A handful of people praying together will be trained by the Spirit in ways that no amount of planning can produce. Jesus gave His disciples a pattern for prayer, not a formula to perform, and that pattern begins with a child speaking to his Father. If you have that relationship through Christ, then the door is open for effective asking. Ask the Lord to pour out the Spirit of grace and supplication on the group, and He will teach you to pray with a burden for souls that is not manufactured but given.

The excuses you named are real, but they are not stronger than the love of Christ. Land, oxen, and family duties are legitimate in their place, yet the wedding feast is already prepared. The only thing that will keep people faithful through heat, rain, sickness, and busyness is the love of Christ compelling them. That love did not live for itself; it died and rose again for us. When that love takes hold, the reasons to stay away lose their grip. Pray for that compulsion more than for perfect conditions.

Let the word run freely and be received. That is the heart of the outreach. When the word runs, conversions come, repentance like Zacchaeus showed becomes possible, and lives are changed, not by human persuasion but by the Spirit. It is also wise to ask for protection, because the enemy will try to plant division, weariness, and passivity. Do not become preoccupied with him. The Lord is faithful, and He will establish and guard you from the evil one as you keep your eyes on His word and His mission.

Keep asking. The promise is large: ask of Me, and I will give you the nations for your inheritance. Let prayer move into praise, because faith begins to thank God for what He has not yet shown. I will join you in asking for more prayer, more boldness, and more fruit, and I look forward to hearing what the Lord does among you.
