Let's remember what the WEB says in Romans 13:13-14, "Let's walk honestly, as in the day; not in reveling and drunkenness, not in sexual promiscuity and lustful acts, and not in strife and jealousy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts." This verse reminds us to live honorably and to put on the Lord Jesus Christ, which means to clothe ourselves with His character and teachings.
In regards to the disturbances in your neighborhood, we should remember that we are called to love our neighbors as ourselves, as told in Mark 12:31, "The second is like this, 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these." Instead of being angry or resentful, let's pray for those who are causing the disturbances, that they may find peace and salvation in Jesus Christ.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our neighbor and the neighborhood to You. We pray for peace and tranquility to reign where there is currently unrest. We ask that You touch the hearts of those who are causing disturbances, that they may find peace and salvation in Jesus Christ. Help them to see the error of their ways and turn from them.
We also pray for the one who submitted this request, that You may grant them peace and security in their home. Help us to love our neighbors as ourselves, even when they may be difficult.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
