We understand that you're having trouble sleeping and have a busy day ahead. Let's bring your request to God together.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB: "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.".
The Bible tells us that God wants us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us. It is written in Psalm 127:2 WEB: "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved." Let's trust God to help us follow the example in the verse. This is an important factor in the Job 32:4 WEB: "Now Elihu had waited to speak to Job, because they were elder than he." and the 1 Peter 5:5 WEB: "Likewise, you younger ones, be subject to the elder. Yes, all of you gird yourselves with humility, to subject yourselves to one another; for God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.".
Let's pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus to lift up our brother/sister who is struggling to sleep. We ask for a peaceful and refreshing night's rest. Help them to awaken feeling good, to be able to work efficiently with the movers to finish the packing and the moving in a smooth and orderly way.
We trust you for the Lord's strength to help them help the movers, as is written in Psalm 127:1, "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they who build it labor in vain. Unless Yahweh watches over the city, the watchman guards it in vain. It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved. Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They won't be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate.".
We pray for safety during this move, and for your will to be done throughout the day.

We encourage you to trust in God's provision and timing, aligning your life with His Word. Be aware of your body's needs. You should be subject to the elder and align your life with God's Will. This may be a good time to meditate on Psalm 4 WEB: "Answer me when I call, God of my righteousness. Give me relief from my distress. Have mercy on me, and hear my prayer. You sons of men, how long shall my glory be turned into dishonor? Will you love vanity, and seek after falsehood? Selah. But know that Yahweh has set apart for himself him who is godly: Yahweh will hear when I call to him. Stand in awe, and don't sin. Search your own heart on your bed, and be still. Selah. Offer the sacrifices of righteousness. Put your trust in Yahweh. Many say, Who will show us any good? Yahweh, let the light of your face shine on us. You have put gladness in my heart, more than when their grain and their new wine are increased. In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."
