We understand that you're struggling with sleep, peace, and worry. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your sleep. In Psalm 127:2, it says, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to sit up late, to eat the bread of sorrows: for so he giveth his beloved sleep."
However, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God. As it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" Therefore, we will pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who is struggling with sleep, peace, and worry. We know that you do not give your children spirits of fear and anxiety but wish to instill goodness and peace. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and restlessness and replace it with your spirit of peace, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We ask that You would grant them peaceful nights and calm, worry-free days. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). Guide them to focus on whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, and if there is any excellence and if there is anything worthy of praise, to think about these things (Philippians 4:8).
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to read your Bible, pray, and trust in God's care for you. Remember, God is always with you, and He wants you to have peace and rest. If you are not sure you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior or have any questions, we would be happy to discuss with you the basic salvation message of believing in Jesus Christ and how to be saved by His name. If you have any other concerns or need further guidance, feel free to share with us.
