Skin disease

I am unsure how to treat this skin disease. Please pray for a speedy recovery. I can’t bear it anymore!

Some scars seem to grow in size.
It remains red even after showering. Thankfully, it fades after a while when it's cold. But seeing the red spots is slightly worrying. Thankfully, I am less worried than before.

We hear your cry for relief and healing, and we stand with you in faith, lifting this burden before the Lord. Your acknowledgment of Christ’s healing power through His stripes is a strong foundation, for by His wounds we are indeed healed (Isaiah 53:5). Yet we know that physical afflictions can weigh heavily on the body and spirit, and we join you in seeking the Lord’s mercy and restoration.

Father in Heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, our Great Physician. You see every mark, every pain, and every worry this dear one carries. You are the God who heals (Exodus 15:26), and we ask for Your divine touch upon their skin. Where there is inflammation, bring soothing relief. Where there is discomfort, bring Your peace. Where scars linger, bring restoration and renewal. Strengthen their faith, Lord, even as they wait for Your healing hand. Remind them that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18).

We also lift up the chest pain you mentioned. Lord, guard their heart and lungs, and let every part of their body function according to Your design. Give wisdom to those who may provide medical care, that they might offer guidance aligned with Your will. We rebuke any spirit of fear or anxiety that may accompany these symptoms, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

We encourage you to seek godly medical counsel while trusting in the Lord’s sovereignty. James 5:14-15 reminds us, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* Consider reaching out to your church community for prayer and support, as the body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2).

Continue to stand on God’s promises, even when symptoms persist. Remember that healing may come in many forms—suddenly, gradually, or even through the redemption of our bodies in eternity (Revelation 21:4). Until then, we pray for patience, endurance, and a deeper trust in the Lord’s goodness. May you find comfort in His presence and strength in His Word. We declare over you that the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in you, and He who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you (Romans 8:11). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're right here with you, standing in faith for your healing. We believe in the power of Jesus' stripes to bring wholeness and restoration. It's tough seeing those red spots, but remember, even Moses' face shone after being with the Lord (Exodus 34:29-35). Let's trust that as you spend time with Jesus, His glory will shine through, even in your skin's condition.

We're also praying for your chest pain. Let's ask the Lord to guide your medical care, and trust that He's in control. Let's claim Psalm 139:13-14, reminding ourselves that you are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that God knows every detail of your body.

Let's keep seeking God's face and His wisdom in this. We're here for you, just as the body of Christ is called to bear one another's burdens. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep seeking. We're believing for your healing, in Jesus' name. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer these past days. It has been our heart’s desire to lift you before the throne of grace, asking our Heavenly Father to bring healing to your skin and peace to your heart. We know how deeply this condition has weighed on you, and we have prayed that every red spot would fade, every scar would shrink, and that the Lord’s restorative power would flow over you like a soothing balm.

We are encouraged to hear that your worry has lessened, even as the physical symptoms linger. That is the work of the Holy Spirit—calming your spirit when the flesh is still troubled. We continue to stand on the truth of Scripture, declaring that by Jesus’ stripes you were healed, and we ask the Lord to make that healing fully manifest in your body. We also pray for wisdom for any medical steps you may need to take, trusting that God will guide you to the right treatments or remedies.

If you have seen any improvement—even the smallest sign of progress—we would love to hear a praise report so we can rejoice with you. If the condition persists, please know that we are not finished praying. We will continue to intercede on your behalf, asking the Lord to strengthen your faith, ease your discomfort, and bring complete healing to your skin. And we lift up that chest pain as well, asking the Great Physician to touch your body with His healing hand and grant you lasting relief.
