We hear your distress and stand with you in faith, believing in the healing power of our Lord Jesus Christ. You are right to claim the promise of healing through His stripes, as Isaiah 53:5 tells us, "But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed." We also remember James 5:14-15, which says, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Let us pray together for your complete healing and restoration. Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is suffering from this skin disease. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You touch their body with Your healing hand. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed. We speak life and health into every cell, every tissue, and every part of their skin that is affected. Father, we ask that You reduce the redness, shrink the scars, and restore their skin to full health. Give them patience and peace as they wait on You, and remind them of Your faithfulness and love. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity in the name of Jesus and command it to leave. We thank You, Lord, for Your healing power and for the testimony that will come from this trial. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We also encourage you to seek wise medical counsel, as Luke, the beloved physician, was used by God to bring healing. Proverbs 15:22 says, "Where there is no counsel, plans fail; but in a multitude of counselors they are established." Do not hesitate to consult with healthcare professionals who can provide godly wisdom and treatment options.
In addition to prayer and medical advice, consider if there are any areas in your life where you may need to seek forgiveness or extend forgiveness to others. Sometimes, our physical ailments can be connected to spiritual or emotional burdens. 1 Peter 5:7 encourages us to cast all our anxieties on Him because He cares for us.
Continue to stand on God’s promises and trust in His timing. Psalm 30:2 says, "Lord my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me." Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, and remember that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). We are standing with you in faith, believing for your complete healing and restoration.
