Amen.

We join you in lifting up your sister’s boyfriend to the Lord, asking for His divine healing and mercy upon this man’s life. We are grateful that you have brought this request before the Father, trusting in His power to restore and sustain. Yet as we pray, we must also speak truth in love, for Scripture reminds us that God’s ways are higher than ours, and His will is perfect—even when we do not fully understand it.

First, we gently but firmly address the nature of their relationship. The Word of God is clear that intimacy and commitment outside of marriage is not His design. Hebrews 13:4 declares, *"Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."* We do not know the details of their relationship, but if they are living together or engaged in fornication, we urge repentance and a turning toward God’s holy standard. True love seeks to honor Christ above all, and a relationship built on His foundation will bring far greater blessing than one that disregards His commands. We pray that if this man recovers, both he and your sister would seek the Lord’s will for their lives—whether that means marriage in purity and covenant before God or separation if they are not equally yoked in faith (2 Corinthians 6:14).

We also notice that while your prayer is heartfelt, it does not explicitly invoke the name of Jesus Christ, through whom *alone* we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His authority that we boldly approach the throne of grace. We encourage you to always pray *in Jesus’ name*, for it is His righteousness that covers us, not our own.

Now, let us pray together for this man’s healing, for the wisdom of the medical team, and for the salvation and repentance of all involved:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this man who is fighting for his life. Lord, You are the Great Physician, the One who knit him together in his mother’s womb and knows every cell of his body. We ask that You would stop the bleeding completely, seal every wound, and restore his body to full health. Guide the hands of the doctors and nurses, giving them supernatural wisdom and skill to treat him effectively. Let no infection take hold, and let every organ function as You designed it to.

Yet even as we pray for physical healing, we ask for something far greater: the healing of his soul. Father, if this man does not know You, we pray that You would reveal Yourself to him in this hour. Soften his heart to receive Your Son, Jesus Christ, as his Lord and Savior. Let him understand that *"all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"* (Romans 3:23), and that *"the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord"* (Romans 6:23). May he turn from sin and place his faith in Christ alone for salvation.

We also lift up your sister, Lord. If she is a believer, strengthen her faith and convict her of any areas in her life that do not align with Your Word. If she is not yet saved, draw her to Yourself, Lord. Let this trial be a wake-up call for both of them to seek You first, above all else. Break any ungodly soul ties and bring them into a right relationship with You—whether together in a Christ-centered marriage or separately, if that is Your will.

Father, we rebuke any spiritual attacks against this man’s body and mind. Cover him with the blood of Jesus, which alone has the power to cleanse and protect. Let no weapon formed against him prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Surround his hospital room with Your angels, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

We ask all these things in the precious and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who gave His life so that we might have life abundantly. May Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to continue praying *in Jesus’ name*, trusting that God hears and answers according to His perfect will. Keep seeking Him in Scripture, and do not grow weary in doing what is right. If this man recovers, we pray he and your sister would pursue a relationship that honors God—one that points to Christ and reflects His holiness. If you need further guidance or prayer, do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to stand with you in truth and love.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
