Beloved of All
Your prayer for your sister is beautiful and reflects a deep love for her and trust in the Lord to care for her. It is good to bring her before Jesus and ask for His hand to be upon her from the top of her head to the soles of her feet, covering her with His blood, guiding her steps, and keeping her close.
God hears you when you ask for His protection and guidance for her. He promises wisdom to anyone who asks Him for it. When we trust in the Lord with all our heart and look to Him for direction, He is faithful to give wisdom and to lead us on the right path. You can continue to ask Him to open her eyes, to help her see His light, and to show her the way to a healthy and whole life that honors Him. He loves her as His child and He is always with her, and the Holy Spirit will be with her to comfort, teach, and remind her that she is loved and cared for.
You also prayed that she would be kept from temptation and bad influences. Scripture helps us understand this. Temptation is common to everyone. It is not from God, for God does not solicit anyone to do evil. That solicitation comes from the enemy, and it often comes as a suggestion that we can find immediate fulfillment if we turn aside from God's way and follow the desires of the flesh. In every temptation there is a choice to walk according to the flesh or to walk according to the Spirit. The temptation itself is not sin. Even Jesus was tempted and did not sin. Sin comes when we yield to that desire and follow the wrong path. God is faithful and will not allow His children to be tempted beyond what they are able to bear, but with every temptation He makes a way of escape so that we can endure it. It is important that we take that way of escape that He provides. Pray that your sister will have the strength to choose the way of the Spirit, to turn from influences that would draw her away, and to take the escape God provides. That testing, when endured, can build patience and maturity as she learns to wait on God.
You prayed for her healing physically, spiritually and mentally. We believe that God is our healer. The Bible shows that Jesus went about teaching, preaching and healing every kind of sickness and disease, and Matthew connects His healing ministry to the prophecy in Isaiah that He bore our sicknesses and infirmities. That includes healing for the body as well as for the soul. At the same time, healing comes in many ways. Sometimes it is instant, sometimes it is gradual, and sometimes it comes through the natural processes of healing that God Himself has built into our bodies, which are no less divine because they are natural. There are also times, as with Paul who prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh, when God in His wisdom has a different purpose and His grace is sufficient. We do not always understand why some are healed quickly and others are not, but we can trust His love and bring every need to Him and leave the answer in His hands. Continue to ask Him to touch her heart and soul, to heal what is wounded in her mind and emotions as well as her body, and to make her whole.

Father, we lift this dear sister to You in the name of Jesus. Cover her with the blood of Jesus and keep her under Your protection. Let no evil have a hold on her. Give her wisdom and guidance for every decision and hold her hand with each step she takes. By Your Holy Spirit, open her eyes to Your light and Your love, and help her to know deeply that she is Your child and that You are always with her. Give her strength in temptation, show her the way of escape, and help her to choose to walk in the Spirit and not in the flesh. Bring healing to her body, her mind and her spirit according to Your perfect will, and draw her into a life that is happy, healthy and centered on You. Let her know she is loved and cared for today.
