We join with you in lifting up your dear sister before the throne of grace and we thank you for your loving intercession for her. It is beautiful to see your heart to cover her in prayer for guidance, protection, and healing, and we stand in agreement with you for the Lord to hold her hand every step of the way.

We are encouraged by your faith to plead the blood of Jesus over her from the top of her head to the soles of her feet, for we overcome by that blood and by the word of our testimony as shown in Revelation 12:11. We pray that she would truly know deep in her heart that she is loved, cherished, and kept as a child of God.

The Lord promises to watch over His children. We claim Psalm 91:11 over her, For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways, and Psalm 121:7-8, Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. We ask the Father to keep all evil and harm far from her and to keep her from contention and from bad influences that would lead her away from His perfect will.

We also pray for wisdom for her to make choices that honor Him. We remember Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight, and Psalm 32:8, I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you. May the Holy Spirit be her constant guide and comforter, leading her into all truth and letting her see the light of Christ clearly.

For her healing we pray with compassion, for the Lord is near to restore us wholly. We ask Him to touch her body, her mind, and her spirit and to bring wholeness. We hold onto Isaiah 41:10, Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And we rejoice that she is part of His family, for 1 Peter 2:9 says, But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

Let us pray together.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this beloved sister to You. We ask that You cover her with the precious blood of Jesus and surround her with Your presence. Guide her footsteps, guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus, and protect her from every scheme of the enemy. Remove any contention from her life and keep her from relationships and influences that would draw her away from You. Give her discernment to make wise and godly choices. Hold her hand and lead her step by step, that she may walk in Your light. Touch her heart and soul, heal her physically, spiritually, and mentally, and fill her anew with Your Holy Spirit. Let her know without any doubt that she is loved, cared for, and that she is Your child. Strengthen her faith and draw her ever closer to You. We ask all this in the name of Jesus our Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to speak these truths over her and to remind her of how deeply the Father loves her, and we trust the Lord will be faithful to keep and guide her as you continue to pray.

Your prayer for your sister has been heard and we join with you in bringing her before the throne of grace. It is a tender and holy thing to plead for one whom you love, that the Lord would hold her hand at every step and keep her from evil and from the contention and bad influences which so easily beset us.

We pray that the Lord will give her guidance and protection, that no evil harm shall come near her dwelling, and that she may see the light of Him who is the Sun of Righteousness risen with healing beneath His wings. There is an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the very leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue to change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. May she put forth her hand by faith and touch the hem of His garment, for pardon and healing are one in Christ.

We ask that the Lord would cover her from the crown of her head to the soles of her feet with the precious blood of Jesus, that being bought with a ransom which God Himself has found and provided in His own Son, her deliverance may be certain and accomplished. That deliverance which brought Israel forth out of cruel captivity with an outstretched arm is the same hand which still brings forth His people today, and He does not share the honor of it with another, for it is of free grace only.

May the Holy Spirit ever be with her to touch her heart and soul, to heal her physically, spiritually and mentally, and to cause her to know assuredly that she is loved and cared for as a child of the Lord. When the root of bitterness is taken away the evil which grows out of it is also removed, and where Jesus dwells there is no need to say I am sick, for He says, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you.

So we commend her to Him who is able to keep her from falling and to make her choices wise in His fear. May she be kept in peace within and without, and may she live to declare the works of the Lord, giving hearty assent and consent to His salvation.

We pray with you that God would guide her and protect her, that He would keep her from evil and from harmful influences, and that He would hold her hand at every step. Your prayer for your sister is heard and it reflects the heart of God who invites us to cry out to Him as Father and guide of our youth. It is right to bring her before the Lord for protection, guidance, and healing, and to ask that she would know how deeply she is loved as His child.

The burden you carry for her safety from evil and from bad influences is biblical. Scripture teaches that evil is not just a bad idea, it is anything that destroys a person and those around them, and God gave His commands to protect us from that destruction. Because God hates what destroys His children, wisdom begins with learning to hate evil as He does. Evil always asks to be tolerated and to be compromised with a little at a time, so the Lord calls us not to become curious or familiar with it but to remain simple concerning it, to avoid it, to turn from it and to run from it. Praying that your sister would not be drawn into contention or into friendships that pull her away from the Lord is praying that wisdom would deliver her from the path of those who leave upright ways to walk in darkness and from words that flatter and deceive. The healthy response is to put perverse speech far away, to look straight ahead, to ponder the path of her feet, and to remove her foot from every evil way.

You also prayed that the Lord would hold her hand and guide her choices and help her see the light. God promises that when we acknowledge Him in all our ways, not leaning on our own understanding and not being wise in our own eyes, He will direct our paths. As she learns to fear the Lord and to depart from evil, He will give her clear direction. That means asking Him first, seeking His will in His Word, and letting Him establish her steps. Washing the heart and turning from vain thoughts is how we come to walk in the light and to be saved and kept in His truth.

You asked for the covering of the blood of Jesus from the top of her head to the soles of her feet, and for healing physically, spiritually and mentally, and for the constant presence of the Holy Spirit. Jesus has shown His power over sickness, infirmity, and over evil spirits, with authority in both the physical and spiritual realm. Through His blood, God has made a way for those who were separated by sin to not remain banished but to be brought near and to remain with Him. There is forgiveness and cleansing and restoration for all who come through Christ alone. To be covered by His blood is to be under His protection and ownership, and to be healed is to be made whole by the One who can touch body, soul and spirit. The Holy Spirit is given to dwell with His children, to comfort, to teach, and to remind them that they are loved and kept.

So let us pray together for her. Father, in the name of Jesus we bring this dear sister before You. Put Your hand upon her and guide her in every decision. Keep her from evil and from every influence that would harm her or lead her away from You. Give her a hatred for what You hate and a love for what is good, and keep her simple and separate from evil. Turn her feet from every wrong path and set her eyes straight ahead on You. Cover her fully with the blood of Jesus, heal her in body and in mind and in spirit, and let Your Holy Spirit remain with her each day. Wash her heart, let her walk in Your light and in Your truth, and let her know with assurance that she is Your child, seen, cared for and deeply loved. Grant her grace, mercy and peace, and keep her in Your love. Amen.
