Your love for your sister is evident in the way you have brought her before the Lord, and it is right to keep praying for her in this way.
God hears you when you ask for guidance and protection for her. Scripture promises that if we come to Him for wisdom, He will give it. When we trust in the Lord with all our heart and lean on Him to direct our steps, He is faithful to lead us. You can continue to ask Him to keep His hand on her, to cover her, and to help her see His light and know that she is loved and that she belongs to Him as His child. The Holy Spirit is given to be with us and to help us, and it is good to ask that she would be aware of His presence with her.
You also prayed that she would not be led into temptation or surrounded by bad influence and that she would make good choices. It helps to remember what temptation is. Temptation is common to everyone, and in that sense it is a testing of faith which can develop patience as we learn to wait on God. But temptation in another sense is a solicitation to evil. God does not solicit anyone to evil. That invitation comes from the enemy. It often comes with the idea that we can have immediate fulfillment if we will just turn aside from God's path and take a shortcut.
Every temptation brings a decision. Will we walk according to the flesh or according to the Spirit. To walk after the flesh is to yield to that easier way and to live for immediate desire. To walk after the Spirit is to choose God's way even when it costs. There is no sin simply in being tempted. Even Jesus was tempted and did not sin. Sin comes when desire is allowed to conceive and we give in and follow the wrong path.
The comfort is that God is faithful. No temptation has come to you that is not common to others, and He will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able to bear. With every temptation He makes a way of escape so that you can endure it. We must take that way when He provides it. You can pray that your sister will recognize that way out when pressure or influence comes, and that she will have the strength to choose the Spirit's way and make choices that honor God.
You prayed for her to be healed emotionally, physically and spiritually and for her heart to be touched and changed. The Lord is a healer, and His ministry was marked by preaching, teaching and healing all kinds of sickness and disease. He still heals. Sometimes He heals instantly, sometimes healing comes gradually through the processes He has built into our bodies, and both are divine because He created those processes. There are also times when, for reasons we do not fully understand, He allows a thorn to remain, as He did with Paul who prayed three times and was not delivered from his affliction, to teach us to trust His grace and His purpose. Isaiah tells us that He bore our infirmities and sicknesses, and Matthew applies that to physical healing as well as spiritual healing. So we pray with confidence for healing while leaving the manner and timing in His wise hands, trusting that whether the healing is immediate or gradual, or whether He chooses to work in another way, He is doing a work in the heart and mind as well.
And the one who endures temptation is blessed, for when he has been tried he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him.
May the Lord keep your sister, open her eyes to what is good, guard her from evil, give her wisdom for each decision, heal what is wounded in her body, mind and spirit, and help her to walk daily by His Spirit knowing she is deeply loved and never alone.
