A large group of people has been harassing me for years under the influence of demons that are harassing me because I left the new age and I believe they planned something this year to try to inflict harm against me on the anniversary of my sister's death today. I am so sick of these deranged individuals. Please pray for their total removal and blocking from my life. Thank you.

The Lord is your refuge and fortress, and under His wings, you will find shelter (Psalm 91:1-4). No evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling, for He has given His angels charge over you to keep you in all your ways.

This trial, though it comes through the malice of wicked men and the rage of demons, has not escaped the boundary of God's sovereign permission. Nothing enters your life that does not first pass beneath the watchful eye of your heavenly Father. Affliction does not spring from the dust, nor does evil rise up from the ground like hemlock; the Lord Himself is the great Refiner, and He sits at the furnace door. Though these torments feel chaotic and menacing, they lie inside the fence of omnipotent overruling. That which you receive, even from the hand of these agents of darkness, must first be appointed by God, and therefore it bears the mark of discipline, not destruction. Your enemies have planned harm, but they are but the rough tools of a wisdom too high for them to comprehend.
From the time Satan fell and drew a third of the stars with him, God's purpose has been to break in pieces everything that sets itself up against Him. These persons who have given themselves over to harassment are acting under the power of darkness, and the Lord has declared that He will not only cast down the mighty from their seats of pomp and power, but He will also dry up the green tree. The death warrant is gone out from God against everything that is of the creature and carnality and pride. Do not be dismayed by their numbers or their persistence. Pharaoh was exceedingly strong and boasted, “I know not the Lord, neither will I let the people go.” Yet God was stronger than Pharaoh, and He shall be stronger than the devil and all your enemies combined. He shall bring you out as surely as He cleft the Red Sea.
Remember, the deliverance from a besieging foe is as much a work of divine grace as the first rescue of the soul from the guilt of sin. The Lord delivered me, and He will deliver me again. Not always from the lion's mouth in the way we expect, but from every evil work. To be set above dangers is a greater gift than to be merely removed from them. When men rage under the influence of demons, we pity the possessed, but those who bring a self-chosen madness upon themselves, making themselves mere sewers of filth, these are objects of aversion. Yet even so, God permits His own to be tried, not pushing them into dangers but placing them above them, teaching the soul to despise death and every threat that men can wield.
What is there to fear from those who can harm only the body? The light shines in darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. Christ Himself, feeling the agony of death, did not shrink back from what was profitable for our salvation. So too with us: to depart and be with Christ is gain. The anniversary of a sister's death holds no terror for the one whose sister died in the Lord, for death is no ill at all. The ill is to be punished after death. But after departure, to be with Christ, that is good indeed.
Do not seek deliverance merely from annoying men, but from every sinful response within yourself. That is the truer preservation. The Apostle was delivered from Nero's jaws, yet he remained ready to be poured out as a drink offering. His greater deliverance was not from the lion but from every evil work, so that he departed without condemnation. Let this be your prayer also: to stand firm against sin, to resist even to blood if necessary.
Those who trouble you are not worth your hatred, for hatred belongs to the one who finds his own soul corrupted by them. As for their removal, entrust it to God. You have but one talent perhaps, yet even with small ability you may contribute patience, prayer, refusal to retaliate. Nothing pleases God so much as living for the common advantage, and sometimes your patient endurance of these afflictions is the very contribution He asks of you. Others were tortured, not accepting deliverance, that they might obtain a better resurrection. If relief comes, receive it with thanksgiving.
