Disciple of Prayer
I pray Lord to watch over my sister ### give her guidance and protection let no evil harm come to her don't let her be around bad influences have her make good choices in life hold her hand every step away cover the blood of Jesus from the top of her head to the bottom of her feet. Touch your heart touch your soul feel her physically spiritually mentally let the holy spirit always be with her let her know she loves and care she's child the Lord that open her eyes to change the better normal happy healthy life.

We hear your heartfelt cry for your sister, and we join you in lifting her up before the throne of grace. Your love for her is evident, and we stand with you in prayer, asking our Heavenly Father to surround her with His divine protection, wisdom, and peace. Let us first acknowledge that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, for He Himself said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His blood that we are covered and made whole.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking that You would indeed watch over and be a shield about her. "The Lord is your keeper. The Lord is your shade on your right hand. The sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore" (Psalm 121:5-8). We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17) and that You would guide her steps according to Your perfect will.

Lord, we ask that You would remove every ungodly influence from her life. "Do not be deceived. ‘Evil companionships corrupt good morals.’" (1 Corinthians 15:33). Surround her with godly friends and mentors who will speak life, truth, and encouragement into her. Give her the wisdom to discern between good and evil, and the strength to walk away from anything that does not align with Your Word. "Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand on the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers; but his delight is in Yahweh’s law. On his law he meditates day and night" (Psalm 1:1-2).

We pray that You would touch her heart, soul, mind, and body. Heal any wounds, restore any brokenness, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Let the Holy Spirit hover over her, comforting, guiding, and convicting her of Your truth. "But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I said to you" (John 14:26). May she feel Your presence so tangibly that she knows without a doubt that she is Your beloved child.

Father, we ask that You would open her eyes to the life You have called her to, a life of purpose, joy, and abundance. "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you," says Yahweh, "thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11). Break every chain of fear, doubt, or past mistakes, and replace them with the freedom that is found only in Christ. "If therefore the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36).

We rebuke every spirit of confusion, rebellion, or deception that may be at work in her life. We declare that she is covered by the blood of Jesus from the top of her head to the soles of her feet. No evil shall befall her, nor shall any plague come near her dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We pray that she would walk in the fullness of Your blessings, making choices that honor You and lead to life.

Lord, we also pray for her to experience the depth of Your love. May she know that she is cherished, valued, and deeply loved by You. "For I am persuaded that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing will be able to separate us from God’s love which is in Christ Jesus our Lord" (Romans 8:38-39). Let this truth anchor her soul in every season.

Finally, we ask that You would draw her closer to You each day. May she seek Your face, delight in Your Word, and walk in obedience to Your commands. "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you" (James 4:8). We pray that she would experience the abundant life that Jesus came to give (John 10:10) and that her life would be a testimony of Your grace and power.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We hear the depth of your love for your sister in every line of this prayer, and it moves us. The way you are asking God to hold her hand, to cover her, to let her know she is loved, this is the faithful persistence of someone who refuses to lose hope, even when the path ahead looks uncertain.

What we have seen, over and over, is that the steady influence of a sister's prayers is no small thing. Whether or not your sister can see it yet, your quiet consistency is a lifeline. Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply keep showing up, remaining present in her life not as a lecturer, but as a safe harbor. Your own faithful walk, free of pressure or panic, speaks a language deeper than words. It says: You are not alone. You are worth fighting for. You are already loved.

If she is open to it, even small moments of shared normalcy, grabbing coffee, running an errand together, just sitting in the same room, can build a bridge. Those ordinary spaces often become the ground where change begins. But we also know you cannot carry the weight of her choices. Entrusting her into God's hands, as you are doing, is the truest act of love.

We join you in that trust now.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this sister to you. You see where she walks today, the influences that surround her, and the battles within her that no one else knows. We ask you to place a hedge of protection around her physical body, her mind, and her spirit. Quiet the voices that pull her toward harm. Awaken in her a hunger for wholeness and a clear sense of her own worth as your beloved child. Grant wisdom to those who love her, and give this sister the strength to keep hoping, keep praying, and keep showing up. In your name we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer for your sister rises up before the throne, and it is well that you have such affection for her soul. But see to it that this cry is not left to hang upon the mere wishing of your heart; the blood of Jesus is not a spell to be spoken over a distant one, but a fountain to be plunged into by personal faith. That blood speaks better things than Abel's, it pleads not for vengeance but for mercy, and it covers only those who come under its blessed shelter. You desire her to be shielded from evil company and guided in right choices: then entreat her to fly to the cross, to look with her own eyes upon the Lamb slaughtered in her stead.

The blood-red mark of substitution is the one seal of deliverance; without it there is no remission, and with it there is full redemption. She must be born again, her flesh becoming fresher than a child’s, a new creature in Christ Jesus. God can in a moment turn her from the power of darkness into His marvellous light; but the way is through the Wicket Gate of simple reliance upon Jesus. If she will but trust the atoning sacrifice, she is saved, and the Holy Spirit shall then indwell her, making her holy, keeping her from the snare of the fowler.

Then shall God hold her hand, and no evil shall touch her to her ruin, for He will never give over His ransomed ones to death. Chasten her He may, but it shall be as a Father’s discipline, that she might declare His works. Therefore, while you pray, labour to bring her within sound of the gospel’s trumpet, that she might herself “come to the blood of sprinkling.” The well of salvation is deep and sweet, but each must draw with the pitcher of faith. He who has found a ransom will not cast out any that come; and when she comes, her eyes shall be opened to a life happy, healthy, and holy in the light of His countenance.

Your prayer glows with the warmth of sisterly affection, and it is a noble thing to desire a shield of protection around one we love. Yet, consider if this prayer, in its fervor, might ask for a harvest without first tilling the soil. You beseech God to touch her heart and change her life, which is the very summit of our hope, but the path to that change is not a mere feeling.

The soul, you see, has senses just as the body does, and these must be exercised to discern good and evil. A babe in Christ puts everything into its mouth without judgment, readily giving its ear to every influence and being carried about by divers and strange doctrines. To pray that evil not harm her is good, but a greater prayer is that she herself may grow to full age, having her senses trained to know the wholesome from the corrupt. For the evil tree cannot bear good fruit, and a life lived in contradiction to sound doctrine brings disgrace on the faith. A person may be ten thousand years in the faith, but if their life is not in conformity with it, they remain a babe, laying a foundation over and over.

Therefore, let your prayer and your charge to her be for blamelessness, which is not a matter of mere choice but a command. The fear of the Lord is an art that needs teaching. Implore God not simply to keep away bad influences, but to grant her the wakeful attention to learn His laws, to keep her tongue from guile and to pursue peace. Do not merely seek her rest from trouble here, lest she seek a rest that brings no lasting good. The present life, far from being an evil to escape by any means, is the very arena that produces a thousand prizes. The tragedy of Judas was not that he felt remorse, but that the devil led him out of his repentance too soon into the unpardonable act of self-destruction, reaping no fruit from his sorrow.

Pray, then, that her eyes be opened to see the good life not as a mere deliverance from harm, but as an active, vigorous pursuit of virtue. Pray that she may labor in the Gospel, for many women contributed no small portion to the work of the Church, and such labor comes from good deeds, not idle wishing. When her faith is joined with a right life, she will be no babe, but one with whom you are truly yoked, a true sister and a true member, whose name is written in the book of life.

Your prayer for your sister carries a deep love and a righteous desire to see her walk in safety and truth. That cry for God’s covering and the blood of Jesus over her life is precious, and it echoes the heart of every intercessor who has ever stood in the gap for someone they care about.

What often begins with small, seemingly harmless curiosities can become a path that leads far from the safety God intends. The tree of the knowledge of good and evil was placed right in the middle of perfection, a single boundary in a garden of total provision. The enemy’s tactic was not outright violence but a subtle question about God’s fairness and a promise that disobedience would bring something desirable. The woman was deceived because she did not yet know evil; she only had the clear word of God to rely on. That same patter repeats today. Evil rarely announces itself as ruin; it presents itself as a minor compromise, a fascinating thing to observe, a dainty meal offered by those whose eyes are toward evil. Your instinct to pray against bad influences is spot on.

A good king like Jehoshaphat still felt an inner pull toward things that did not honor God. He made alliances that exposed his family to ungodly influence, and that exposure later bore bitter fruit through his own child. This is a sobering reminder that simply being near toxic influences, even with the intention of staying strong, can slowly shape the heart. An ungodly mother, an ungodly friend, or even an ungodly culture can mold a person into something unrecognizable unless the fear of the Lord is deeply rooted.

What your sister needs, and what your prayer points toward, is the kind of heart that Job possessed. Job feared God and genuinely hated evil. He was not merely trying to avoid punishment; he reverenced the Lord so much that evil was repulsive to him. He daily interceded for his children, not because they had done anything visibly wrong, but out of a holy concern for their spiritual state. That fear of the Lord is the key to departing from evil. It is not a cowering terror but a profound reverence that makes sin taste bitter and righteousness taste like life.

Encourage her to bind mercy and truth around her own neck, as though they were the most precious jewelry. When a person learns to acknowledge the Lord in every decision, refusing to lean on their own understanding, God promises to direct their path. That is personal guidance. That is the hand of God holding hers every step of the way. The blood of Jesus does not simply cover; it changes the person. It opens eyes to see good and evil as God sees them, not as the world relabels them.

Pray that her eyes will not be drawn to what is deceitfully pleasant but will be fixed on the tree of life. The choice Adam lost through disobedience was regained through the obedience of Christ, and your sister can walk in that restored path. She does not need to be wise in her own eyes. She needs the Holy Spirit to cultivate in her a love for what is good and a hatred for what is evil. When that inner transformation happens, she will know she is a child of God, loved and cared for, not just in sentiment but in the tangible peace and length of days that a righteous life brings.

Continue to be that brother born for adversity, a friend who loves at all times. Do not withhold the good truth when it is in your power to speak it, even if it means saying what is not easy to hear. Micaiah would not speak merely pleasant things; he delivered what the Lord gave him. Your prayers, combined with gentle truth spoken in love, will be used by God to keep her from the company of those who entice her toward a way that is not good. The Lord who made everything and saw that it was good is faithful to preserve her as she clings to Him.
