We lift up your sister before the throne of grace with hearts full of love and concern. It is clear you care deeply for her well-being, and we join you in praying for her protection, guidance, and transformation according to God’s perfect will.

First, we must address the foundation of our prayers. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father, for He Himself said, "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full" (John 16:23-24 WEB). There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is by His blood alone that we are covered and made righteous before God. We encourage you to always pray in the authority of Jesus’ name, for it is the power of His sacrifice that makes our prayers effective.

Now, let us pray together for your sister:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine protection over our sister. Lord, surround her with Your angels and let no evil or harm come near her. "The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore" (Psalm 121:7-8 WEB). Guard her heart and mind from temptation and bad influences, and lead her in the paths of righteousness for Your name’s sake.

Father, we ask that You touch her heart and open her eyes to the truth of Your Word. Soften her spirit to receive Your love and correction, and let her see the light of Christ shining brightly in her life. "For you were once darkness, but are now light in the Lord. Walk as children of light" (Ephesians 5:8 WEB). May she turn away from anything that does not align with Your will and embrace the new life You offer.

Lord, we pray for her healing, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore her completely. "He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds" (Psalm 147:3 WEB). Fill her with the Holy Spirit, that she may walk in Your truth and experience the fullness of Your peace.

Remind her daily that she is deeply loved and cherished as Your child. Let her know that You desire what is best for her and that Your plans for her are for good and not for harm (Jeremiah 29:11). May she find her identity and worth in You alone, and may she grow in faith, wisdom, and obedience to Your Word.

We rebuke any spirit of confusion, rebellion, or darkness that may be influencing her life. In the name of Jesus, we declare that she is set free from every chain and stronghold, for "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36 WEB). Let her walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won for her.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You draw her closer to Yourself and surround her with godly influences, believers who will encourage her in her faith and hold her accountable. May she seek You with all her heart and find joy in Your presence.

We trust in Your faithfulness, Father, and we thank You for hearing our prayers. May Your will be done in her life, and may she come to know You more deeply each day. In Jesus’ precious name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying for your sister with persistence and faith, trusting that God is at work even when you cannot see it. Share the Gospel with her in love, and be a living example of Christ’s love and truth. If there are specific areas of her life that need repentance or correction, such as ungodly relationships, sinful habits, or rebellion, gently guide her back to the Lord with Scripture and prayer. Remember, "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). God’s timing is perfect, and His love for her is unchanging. Stand firm in faith, and do not grow weary in doing good.

i prayed for this in jesus name. amen.

We hear the love in your prayer, a sister’s heart poured out for protection, guidance, and wholeness. We’re standing with you in that.

It can be easy to feel like we’re just hoping from the sidelines, but the truth is your prayer is itself a profound act of love. Every believer is called to be a kind of priest to those we care about, a channel of healing and hope, just as you’re doing right now. When you lift your sister to Jesus and ask the Holy Spirit to cover every part of her being, you’re not just wishing; you’re actively ministering to her in a way God honors. Your steady, faithful prayers matter more than you know.

Alongside prayer, you might look for a gentle, concrete way to be a steady presence in her life, a regular call or a simple outing that says “I’m with you” without pressure. That combination of intercession and quiet companionship can be a real anchor.

We join you now, asking for what you’ve lifted up and trusting the One who loves her most.

Lord Jesus, thank you for the deep love this sister carries. Surround her sister with your protection, keep her from harm, and guide her steps. Bring trustworthy voices and wise choices into her life. Heal her in every way, emotionally, physically, spiritually. Let her feel your nearness and wake up to the truth that she is your child, fully loved. Holy Spirit, be her constant companion, and give her the courage to step into the life you have for her. We trust your timing and your goodness. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

What a blessed prayer rises from a heart that feels the weight of another's need! You cry for deliverance for one so dear, and the Lord hears the voice of your supplication. You have done well to commit her into the hand of Him who alone can bring forth the prisoner from the house of bondage. Know this: the very pleading of your soul is a token that the Deliverer is already at work, for He stirs up His people to pray, and then He answers.

Your sister's case is not beyond the reach of Him who found a ransom. Did He not bring Israel out of Egypt with a high hand and an outstretched arm? They did not achieve their own freedom; He brought them forth. And so it is with every soul that groans under the power of darkness, deliverance is of the Lord alone. The Lamb has been slain; the ransom is found. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's dear Son, is the price of release, and it covers every sin, every bond, every work of evil. What comfort this is! You have asked the Lord to cover her with that precious blood, and that prayer is already answered for all who trust in Him. If she will but look to Jesus upon the cross, she shall find life for that look, and from His wounds the healing stream shall flow.

You speak of healing, emotional, physical, spiritual. Remember that the leaves of that heavenly tree are for the healing of the nations. The least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. His very garment's hem can cure. He pardons and He heals in the same hour; forgiveness and restoration walk hand in hand. She need not say, "I am sick," for the Sun of Righteousness rises upon her with healing in His wings. Only let her turn her eyes to Him, and the bitter root of her malady shall be extracted. He who taught the Word on Galilee's shore made healing power present with the teaching. So pray that she may sit under the sound of the gospel, for faith comes by hearing, and where Christ is lifted up, He draws all men to Himself. The teaching of the cross is the healing medicine.

You plead for guidance, for protection from evil influences, that she may make good choices. Rest assured, the Lord who began a good work will complete it. He who delivers from the guilt of sin will also deliver from its power. Sanctification is as much His gift as justification. He will hold her hand every step of the way, and though she may tremble at the Jabbok, fearing Esau's wrath, she shall meet her brother and find him full of love. The Lord whispers to His children in trouble that they shall not be crushed. He hedges them round about, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper.

Yet, mark this: the aim of all deliverance is that we should declare the works of the Lord. Your own soul, exercised in prayer and waiting, shall burst forth in praise when you see the answer. And your sister, when brought forth from her chains, shall not die but live, and proclaim what God has done. Encourage her to look for Christ in the means of grace, in His Word, in the assemblies of His people. He has found the ransom; the deliverance is certain. Indeed, it is already accomplished in the decree of eternity. The clock of mercy strikes the hour, and the prisoner is set free.

Let your faith take hold of this: He will bring her forth with silver and gold, enriched by the trial, made more than a conqueror. The very things that seem to hold her captive shall become the spoils of victory. Wait then, and watch. The Lord will avenge His own elect speedily. I shall not soon forget to join my prayers with yours, that the Holy Spirit may brood over her, that her heart may be touched, her eyes opened, and that she may know the unshakable love of a Father who wants what is best for His child. Go to the mercy seat again and again, but go with this confidence: He is able to save to the uttermost, and He will do it. Your sister is registered in the prayers of the church, and the God of all grace shall vindicate your faith. Amen.

You pour out your heart rightly, begging God to cover her with the blood of Jesus, to heal her, to hold her hand. This is the love of a true sister in Christ. Yet consider what that covering of the blood truly demands. We do not merely pray for a shield while the soul remains in a state of rebellion.

The blood of Christ is not a cloak for sin; it is the remedy that cleanses from it. When you ask God not to lead her into temptation, remember that He leads by His word and His commands. If she refuses to walk in that light, she is already walking headlong into the temptation you pray against. The first and greatest protection is not a feeling of safety, but a will bent in obedience.

We ask for her eyes to be opened, but we must also understand what she must see: her own peril. Do not soften the edges of the Gospel in your prayers for her. It is a cruel and inhuman physician who sees a deadly disease advancing and speaks only of comfort, refusing to apply the knife that cuts out the sickness. The greatest peril is not a stumble in this life, but the punishment, the vengeance, the torments that await a soul that will not turn.

This is the reality from which we beg her to be delivered. So by all means, hold her hand, but let your hand guide her toward the straight gate, not simply pat her comfortingly as she walks the broad path. Do not be dismayed if she does not bear the fruit of hearing the word at once. A tree may receive ten strokes and seem not to fall, and then be brought down by a single blow.

The first ten blows were not in vain; they did their work deep in the root, unseen by the eye. Your sister may hear truths now and remain seemingly insensible for a time. Do not cease from the healing treatment. Even at the very gates of Hell, it is possible to recover.

Your persistent love, your continual recalling of her to a better life, your refusal to accept her spiritual sickness as permanent, this is the work of the Holy Spirit with her through you. It is not your love as a mere human bond that will save, but this love that steadfastly presents the truth, again and again, until the final stroke of grace topples the stronghold of her resistance. However, let us be clear on what you are truly praying for. You say, "have her know she is loved." But a love that does not warn of ruin is mere flattery.

The love of God is proved in this: not that He overlooks our path of destruction, but that He sent His Son to pluck us from it. To know she is a child of the Lord is to know she is called to be holy, for He is holy. The sonship we receive is not a title of passive affection; it is a deliverance from the curse of the Law and a promotion to a new life. If she is to receive the Spirit of adoption, she must first put on Christ.

And putting on Christ means putting off the deeds of the old life. You pray for her to make good choices. But what is a good choice? It is not enough to be free from one vice, like public dishonor, if one remains soft and unmanly in the soul, or careless in hearing the word.

No one part of virtue is sufficient for salvation. It requires first a careful hearing, then a continual recollection, then fortitude to act. If she is influenced by those who mock the truth of Christ’s lordship over the body and marriage, your prayer must be that she be unyoked from them. Paul did not merely pray for protection over those he loved; he commanded the church to surround the faithful with honor and support, to help them actively, precisely so they would not be drawn away.

Your protection for her is not passive. It is an active, spiritual labor. Stand with her as a true yokefellow in the Gospel, not just a sibling in the flesh. This means your love must speak the hard words.

It is better she be "tortured" now by the pains of conviction, refusing the easy deliverance of worldly acceptance, so that she might obtain a better resurrection. The martyrs in their day could have chosen a comfortable life; they refused it, looking ahead to what was eternal. This is the choice you beg God to set before her: a painful break with sin now, for the sake of an incomparable glory later. Her emotional and spiritual healing begins with the wound of repentance.

Pray with all your might, then, but let your prayer be this: "Lord, whatever it takes, break her heart with the ruin of her way, so that You might bind it up. Let no evil touch her, but chiefly deliver her from the evil within that calls sin a trifle. Cover her not to keep her comfortable in darkness, but to bring her, in terrible and loving light, to the foot of the cross that she has scorned." This is the prayer that storms heaven, because it seeks not her passing happiness but her eternal salvation.

Your prayer for your sister comes from a place of deep love, and it is right to bring her before the Lord. As you lift her up, remember that the God who hears you has given her a profound and sacred gift: the power of choice. He did not make her to be a puppet whose every move is forced by a superior will. Meaningful love, true relationship, can only grow in the soil of a free will. God respects the choices we make, even when those choices lead away from Him for a season. Without that respect, our decisions would be empty, and our love for Him could never be real.

This means the most powerful thing you can pray is not that her will be overridden, but that her eyes be opened to see clearly. The enemy does not respect human choice; he works to blind minds, to fill hearts with poison and prejudice against the things of God. Your prayer for protection is a prayer against that blinding work. Ask that every lie and bad influence be stripped of its power, so she can see the two paths honestly. One path, shaped by the world’s influence, leads to choices we later regret. The other path leads to the tree of the cross, where what was lost by sin can be regained.

Speak to the Lord about her healing, but understand that every true healing is divine, whether it comes in a moment or unfolds over time. God established the very processes of restoration in our bodies and minds. Pray for her emotional wounds to close, for her spirit to be made whole, and trust that Christ’s touch can reach her exactly where she is, in whatever way He chooses. The leaves of the tree in God’s kingdom are for the healing of the nations; there is a depth to His restorative power that we have only begun to glimpse.

Above all, pray that she comes to know she is loved. Not just by you, but by the One who chose her in Christ before the foundation of the world. He already knows the outcome of every path, and He has provided a way home through Jesus. But the step onto that path is hers alone. You cannot make the choice of salvation for her; she must call on the Lord herself. Your role is to stand in the gap, asking God to clear the fog, quiet the noise, and let the light of His truth break through. A heart that truly sees Christ cannot help but be drawn to Him. Pray that she takes the first step toward restoration, like the lepers who went to show themselves to the priest and were healed on the way. The Lord is ready to meet her in that first act of faith and make her whole.
