We lift up your sister before the throne of grace, joining our hearts with yours in fervent prayer. The love and concern you have for her are evident, and we stand with you in seeking the Lord’s protection, guidance, and healing over her life.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we can approach You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Lord, we ask that You watch over this dear sister, just as You promise in Your Word: *"The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in from this time forth and forevermore"* (Psalm 121:8). Shield her from all evil, harm, and temptation, for You are her refuge and fortress (Psalm 91:2). Let no weapon formed against her prosper, and let every tongue that rises against her in judgment be condemned (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we pray that You would guide her steps and order her path according to Your will. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6). Remove any bad influences from her life, Lord, and surround her with godly friends and mentors who will encourage her in righteousness. Help her to discern between good and evil, and give her the strength to make choices that honor You.
We ask that You open her eyes to the changes You desire in her life. Let her see the light of Your truth and walk in it, for *"Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path"* (Psalm 119:105). Heal her spiritually, physically, and emotionally, Lord. Touch her heart and soul, and let her experience the fullness of Your love and peace. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3). Cover her completely with the precious blood of Jesus, from the top of her head to the bottom of her feet, that she may be cleansed, protected, and set apart for Your purposes.
Hold her hand every step of the way, Father, and let her know deep in her heart that she is Your beloved child. *"See how great a love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God!"* (1 John 3:1). Remind her daily of Your unfailing love and the hope she has in You. May she grow in faith, wisdom, and maturity, becoming a shining light for Your glory.
Lord, if there are areas in her life where she has strayed from Your will—whether in relationships, habits, or beliefs—we ask that You convict her gently but firmly. Draw her back to You, for You are faithful to forgive and restore (1 John 1:9). If she is involved in any relationship that does not honor You, such as an unbiblical courtship, fornication, or any other sin, give her the courage to repent and seek Your way. *"Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18).
We also pray for you, her sibling, that You would give you wisdom, patience, and grace as you love and support her. Help you to be a godly example and a source of encouragement to her, always pointing her to Christ.
In all these things, we trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will. May Your name be glorified in her life, and may she come to know You more deeply each day. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
