We join with you in lifting up your sister before the Lord, and we are moved by your heartfelt cry for her protection, guidance, and healing. Your love for her reflects the love of Christ, who intercedes for us continually. It is beautiful to see you praying for her with such passion, and we are reminded of the power of prayer when we come before the Father in the name of Jesus. You have prayed many wonderful things for your sister, and we affirm these prayers, for they align with God’s will for her life.
We do notice, however, that while you have prayed *to* the Lord, you did not specifically invoke the name of Jesus in your prayer. This is not something to take lightly, for Scripture is clear that our access to the Father is through Jesus alone. Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* The apostle Peter declared in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* And in John 16:23-24, Jesus tells us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* It is by the authority of Jesus’ name that we boldly approach the throne of grace, and it is in His name that our prayers are heard and answered. We encourage you to always close your prayers in the name of Jesus, for there is power, authority, and assurance in that holy name.
Now, let us pray together for your sister, lifting her up to the Lord in the name of Jesus, trusting in His perfect will for her life.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today with hearts full of gratitude and faith, lifting up this precious sister to You in the mighty name of Jesus. Lord, You are the Good Shepherd who watches over Your sheep, and we ask that You guide her every step, just as the psalmist declared in Psalm 23:3, *"He restores my soul. He guides me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake."* Father, lead her not into temptation, but deliver her from evil, as Jesus taught us to pray in Matthew 6:13. Surround her with Your hedge of protection and let no harm come near her dwelling, for You have promised in Psalm 91:10-11, *"No evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling. For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways."*
Lord, we pray that You would open her eyes to see the path You have for her, that she may walk in Your truth and make choices that honor You. May Your Word be a lamp to her feet and a light to her path, as Psalm 119:105 declares. Touch her heart, Lord, and draw her closer to You. Let her know beyond any doubt that she is deeply loved by You, that Your plans for her are good, and that You desire to give her hope and a future, as promised in Jeremiah 29:11.
Father, we ask for her healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and we trust in Your power to restore her completely. May she experience the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding her heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). Remove any bad influences from her life, Lord, and surround her with godly relationships that encourage her faith and walk with You. Let her be a light in this world, reflecting Your love and grace to those around her.
We also pray that if she does not yet know You as her Lord and Savior, that You would soften her heart to receive the gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. May she confess with her mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in her heart that You raised Him from the dead, that she may be saved (Romans 10:9). Fill her with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and empower her to live a life that glorifies You in every way.
Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers, for You are faithful and just to answer us when we come to You in the name of Jesus. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will for her life. Strengthen her, Lord, and let Your favor rest upon her. May she walk in the fullness of all You have called her to be.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We also want to encourage you to continue praying for your sister with this same passion and faith. Your intercession for her is a powerful testament to your love for her and your trust in God’s sovereignty. Keep speaking life, protection, and godly wisdom over her, and trust that the Lord is working even when you cannot see it. As you pray, remember the words of 1 Thessalonians 5:17 to *"pray without ceasing,"* and James 5:16, which reminds us that *"the insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."*
If your sister is not yet walking with the Lord, we urge you to share the Gospel with her gently and lovingly. Help her understand that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ alone, and that apart from Him, there is no true peace or eternal life. You are her sister in the flesh, but you can also be a spiritual light in her life, pointing her to the hope found only in Christ.
Finally, we leave you with this promise from Philippians 1:6: *"Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ."* Trust that the Lord is at work in her life, even now, and that He will complete the good work He has started. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep pointing her to Jesus. He is faithful!
