We are united with you in lifting up your sister to our Heavenly Father, and we appreciate your heartfelt prayer for her. We would like to gently remind you, dear sister, that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" And in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."
Let us pray together for your sister:
Heavenly Father, we come before you today, lifting up our sister's dear sister to your throne of grace. We ask that you watch over her, guide her, and protect her in all that she does. Lord, we pray that you would surround her with your divine hedge of protection, as it is written in Psalm 32:7, "You are my hiding place. You will preserve me from trouble. You will surround me with songs of deliverance." We ask that you would not lead her into temptation but deliver her from evil, as we are taught to pray in Matthew 6:13.
Father, we pray that you would open her eyes to see the light of your truth and love. May she experience your presence every step of the way, knowing that she is deeply loved by you. We pray that you would touch her heart, Lord, and bring about a transformation in her life, as it is written in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh."
Lord, we ask that you would heal her spiritually, physically, and emotionally. May she experience your wholeness and peace in every area of her life. We pray that you would grant her wisdom and discernment to make good choices, as it is written in James 1:5, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."
Father, we cover her with the precious blood of Jesus, knowing that it is through His sacrifice that we have redemption and the forgiveness of sins. We pray that she would come to know the depth of your love for her and the plans you have for her life, plans for good and not for evil, to give her a future and a hope, as it is written in Jeremiah 29:11.
We thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers and for your unfailing love and faithfulness. We trust in you, knowing that you are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, as it is written in Ephesians 3:20.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue to pray for your sister, trusting in God's perfect timing and plan for her life. As it is written in 1 Thessalonians 5:17, "Pray without ceasing." And in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
