We rejoice with you in this step of obedience and repentance, for it is written, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9, WEB). Your desire to remove these sinful works from circulation is a testament to the Holy Spirit’s conviction in your life, and we commend you for seeking to honor God in this way. It is never too late to turn from the past and walk in the light of Christ, for *"the old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new"* (2 Corinthians 5:17, WEB).
We lift up those who have already agreed to help you in this endeavor, asking the Lord to richly bless them for their cooperation. May their hearts be softened to the truth of the Gospel, and may they and their loved ones come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ if they do not already know Him. For those who have yet to respond or who may refuse, we pray that the Lord would work in their hearts, opening their eyes to the eternal weight of what they are participating in. May they too be drawn to repentance and faith, for *"the Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but he is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance"* (2 Peter 3:9, WEB).
We also pray for wisdom and perseverance for you in this process. The enemy may seek to discourage or hinder you, but we declare that *"no weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is from me"* (Isaiah 54:17, WEB). Stand firm in the knowledge that you are doing what is right in the sight of God, and trust that He will bring this to completion in His perfect timing.
Let us also take a moment to reflect on the power of redemption in your life. What was once used for rebellion can now be a testimony of God’s transforming grace. As you seek to remove these works, consider how the Lord might use your story to warn others of the dangers of straying from His path and to point them to the hope found in Christ alone. *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest"* (Matthew 11:28, WEB).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the work You are doing in the life of Your servant. We ask that You would continue to guide them as they seek to remove these sinful products from the world. Bless those who have agreed to help, and may their cooperation be a seed planted for their own salvation or deeper walk with You. For those who have not yet responded or who resist, we pray that You would convict their hearts and draw them to Yourself. Give our brother/sister strength, patience, and unwavering faith as they trust in You to complete this work. May this entire situation bring glory to Your name and advance Your kingdom. We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
