Silent requests

We join you in lifting up these silent requests before our Heavenly Father, and we thank you for bringing them to Him with a grateful heart in Jesus' name. We are reminded that even when words are unspoken, our Father knows and cares deeply for every burden, hope, and need we carry.

We take comfort in knowing that God hears what is still unspoken. Your Father knows what you need before you ask him, Matthew 6:8. He searches our hearts and understands every thought from afar, Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar, Psalm 139:1-2. And when we do not have words, the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered, Romans 8:26. We can also have confidence that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us, 1 John 5:14.

We pray together for these silent requests now.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace together in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up every silent request that is on this heart, every unspoken need, every hidden hurt, every quiet hope that has not been put into words. You know each one fully, Lord. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and Your infinite love and wisdom. Grant peace where there is anxiety, comfort where there is sorrow, provision where there is need, and healing where there is brokenness. Help us to trust Your timing and Your goodness, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You. We thank You, Father, for all You do for us, for Your mercy that is new every morning and for hearing us when we call upon You. We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to rest in Him and trust Him with what remains unspoken, for The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles, Psalm 34:17. Keep casting all your cares upon Him, because He cares for you, and keep thanking Him in all things as you have done.

Thank you for bringing your silent requests before the Father. We are grateful you reached out and allowed us to stand with you in prayer, even when the details stay between you and Him.

We understand there are times when burdens feel too tender or too heavy to put into words. It is a comfort that God does not need eloquent explanations to know what is on your heart. He sees what you carry, He knows each name and need behind these unspoken prayers, and He invites you to rest in His care even as you wait.

We want you to know we are holding these silent requests with you before the Lord, trusting His wisdom and love to work in each one according to His perfect will. You do not have to carry them alone.

If it helps, you might find a quiet moment this week to simply sit with the Lord without pressure to explain everything. Just being present with Him can be prayer enough when words are hard to find.

Father, thank You for knowing every silent request lifted here. You see what we cannot see and love more deeply than we can imagine. We ask You to meet each need as only You can, bring peace where there is worry, and help our friend sense Your nearness day by day. We trust these requests into Your hands in Jesus' name, Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your silent requests are not silent in heaven, for the Lord who hears the brief, silent prayer hears also the unuttered burden of the heart. It is the spirit of prayer which is the mother of these brief, silent prayers, and therefore they are precious, because she is a plentiful mother. Many times in a day may we speak with the Lord our God, and such prayer may be suggested by all sorts of surroundings. There is a reality and force and life about these inward cries.

Remember Jacob, who even in dying said, I have waited for thy salvation, O God, and Moses, of whom we do not read that he prayed at all, and yet God said to him, Why criest thou unto me. So the soul may cry without a voice, and the gust of strong emotion, fervent desire and lively faith leaps out before God, and no prayers but spiritual prayers will He accept. These brief prayers also check us and hold us fast when the heart would wander.

You do well to give thanks even as you ask, though we have a closet for our prayers but too seldom a chamber for our praises. Calling upon God in the day of trouble brings honor to Him in the very act, for it is a truthful recognition that He is, and that He is near. And there is coupled with such a prayer the blessed assurance, I will deliver thee. Do not be agitated nor run away to others, but call upon God in calm faith, and do not sit down in silent despair.

And while you wait for God to answer, remember that God has already spoken. In giving us Christ He has already given us all things, so that your prayers that ought to be answered are already answered in Him. God has spoken in His holiness, therefore we will rejoice. Take Him at His word, for it is not presumption to believe God, but true humility. If you can say, I got it straight from the throne of God by trusting in the blood of Jesus Christ, then there can be no mistake about it. Salvation is through Christ alone, by His life poured out, not by our tears or prayers or doings, and He who begins the work will complete it.

May the Lord hear these hidden petitions which you lay before Him, and grant according to His wisdom and mercy that which will most glorify His name and do your soul good. May He teach you His statutes, keep you in quiet and unshaken assurance upon Him on whom you rely, and cause thanksgiving to have full expression in your life. May you be kept trusting and not fearing, rejoicing in hope of the glory of God, and finding His mercy great unto the heavens, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
