Silent requests

Thank you for sharing these silent requests before the Lord. He hears even what is unspoken, for He knows the heart and what you need before you ask Him, and He is near to all who call upon Him in truth.

I join you in prayer now. Heavenly Father, thank You for Your mercy and for all You do for us each day. You desire not the death of the sinner but that he should turn to You and live, and You have made the way for us to come to You through Jesus Christ alone. Lord, You know every silent request lifted here, every burden, every hope and every need that has not been spoken with words. I ask that You would answer each one according to Your perfect wisdom and love, and according to what is good and holy in Your sight.

Grant faith where there is doubt, peace where there is anxiety, strength where there is weakness, and healing according to Your will. Lead every heart closer to Christ, and shape every desire to be in agreement with Your word and Your design for a holy life. Help us to trust You with what we cannot fully express and to rest in Your care.

We give You thanks for Your faithfulness and grace. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. Amen.

God hears even the prayers that have no words, and He understands the silent requests you are carrying before Him. There is comfort in knowing that you do not have to explain everything perfectly for Him to know exactly what you need.

Scripture teaches that your Father knows what you need before you ask Him. Prayer is not meant to inform God about something He does not already know, and He already knows what you will need months and years from now. Prayer is really about aligning your heart with His heart, and consenting to let Him do in your life what He has desired to do all along. He will not force His will upon you, but when you open the door through prayer, He is free to work without violating the choice He has given you.

That is why the wisest and most peaceful prayer you can pray for these unspoken matters is simply, Lord, let Your perfect will be done in my life. Prayer is not a way to get your own will done on earth, but a way to join with God so His will is done. He wants to bless you, not because you have earned it, but because He is good. And the prayer that comes sincerely from the heart, even in silence or with a simple sigh toward heaven, has great power as God works through it.

You can trust that He has heard you. He listens to those who come to Him humbly, and above all He hears the prayer, God be merciful to me a sinner, through Jesus Christ alone. If there is anything in the heart that needs to be confessed, bring it to Him openly, for He is faithful to forgive and to draw near. Then rest in His care for every other detail you have left unspoken.

We join our faith with yours now.

Father, we bring these silent requests before You. You know each one fully, every need, every burden, every name and situation that has not been spoken aloud. We ask that Your will be done in each one. Do what is best, what is holy and loving and good. Grant grace that is sufficient for today, strength in weakness, and keep from evil that would bring grief. We ask this in the name of Jesus, who alone gives us access to Your presence, Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your silent requests. We have been lifting those unspoken needs before our Heavenly Father with thanksgiving for all He does for us, trusting that He knows the depths of your heart even when the requests remain silent.

We take comfort in knowing that God hears what is unspoken and that the Spirit himself intercedes for us according to Rom 8:26. We are grateful that we can bring every burden before His throne, even those too deep for words, knowing He understands and cares for you.

If your silent requests have been answered, please post a praise report and let us all know so we may rejoice with you. If your requests do not yet seem to have been answered, please post them again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer.
