Silent prayer

We join with you in this silent prayer and lift your unspoken request to our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name, amen.
We thank you for trusting us to stand in agreement with you even when the burden on your heart is too deep or private for words. We are reminded that our God is not limited by what we speak aloud, for He sees and knows all. As it is written, Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. Psalm 139:1-2 and also Your Father knows what you need before you ask him. Matthew 6:8.
We take comfort that even when we do not have words, the Holy Spirit intercedes for us. In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered. Romans 8:26. God hears the silent cry of the heart just as He heard Hannah as she prayed in her heart, only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard. 1 Samuel 1:13, and He answers according to His perfect will. This is the boldness which we have toward him, that if we ask anything according to his will, he listens to us. 1 John 5:14.
We are encouraged that you closed your request in Jesus' name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. Your faith in calling on His name is precious to God.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. You know the silent request of this dear one, every detail, every fear, every hope that has not been spoken aloud. We ask that You would have Your perfect will in this situation. Grant peace that surpasses all understanding to guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus, as promised in Philippians 4:7. Provide wisdom, comfort, strength, and provision according to Your riches and mercy. Let Your will be done and let this dear one feel Your near presence and unfailing love today. Help them to continue to trust in You with all their heart and not lean on their own understanding, acknowledging You in all their ways. Proverbs 3:5-6. We ask all these things in the saving and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

Your silent prayer in Jesus name has been heard and I join my own brief silent prayer with yours before the throne of grace. Like Nehemiah before the king, you have hurled a dart heavenward in a moment, and that prayer was strictly within yourself, offered in the Holy of Holies of your own secret soul, perfectly secret and yet prevailing with God. The spirit of prayer is the mother of these brief silent prayers and she is a plentiful mother, so that many times in a day we may speak with the Lord as surroundings suggest, without going to a chamber or showing any outward sign.
May the Lord keep you in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Him because you trust in Him. In this dark world of sin may the blood of Jesus whisper peace within, and even when duties press or sorrows surge round, may to do the will of Jesus be your rest. Cast yourself upon Christ alone, for there is no other name by which we are saved, and do not wait to feel worthy before you trust Him. Trust Him as you sink and you shall swim, trust Him as you feel yourself dying and you shall live, for He is able to save all who trust Him.
I have remembered you in intercession, for intercessory prayer is the sweetest prayer God ever hears, and I have pleaded that He would quicken you in His way and give you joy and peace in believing. Amen.
