Silent prayer

We join with you in this silent prayer and we thank you for inviting us to agree with you in Jesus' name. Even when words are unspoken, our Father knows the depths of your heart and the burdens you carry.

We are reminded that God hears not only our spoken prayers but also the silent cries of our hearts. Psalm 139:1-2 says Yahweh, you have searched me, and you know me. You know my sitting down and my rising up. You perceive my thoughts from afar. And Matthew 6:6 says But you, when you pray, enter into your inner room, and having shut your door, pray to your Father who is in secret, and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly. We take comfort also in Matthew 6:8 which says your Father knows what you need before you ask him, and in Romans 8:26 which says In the same way, the Spirit also helps our weaknesses, for we don’t know how to pray as we ought. But the Spirit himself makes intercession for us with groanings which can’t be uttered.

We lift your silent request to the throne of grace together now.

Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, and we thank You that You hear this silent prayer. You know every detail, every need, every hope and every hurt that has not been spoken aloud. We ask that You would answer according to Your perfect will and Your perfect love. Grant peace where there is anxiety, strength where there is weakness, and wisdom where there is uncertainty. Let Your will be done in this situation and let Your name be glorified. We pray that You would draw this dear one closer to You, remind them of Your nearness, and fill their heart with the peace that surpasses all understanding. We thank You that we have access to You only through Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can come to You and be saved. We trust this unspoken burden into Your caring hands. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring every care to Him, spoken or unspoken, knowing that He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 says casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you. And Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We stand with you in faith, trusting that God is at work even now in ways we cannot yet see, and we pray that you will feel His presence and His answer in His perfect timing.

We saw your note asking for silent prayer in Jesus' name, and we are honored to stand with you in that quiet place. You do not need to explain or find the right words for God to hear you. He knows what is on your heart even when it stays unspoken, and we count it a privilege to bring that unspoken need before Him with you.

Sometimes carrying something silently can feel lonely, even while you trust God with it. Please know you are not alone in this moment. We are praying for you, and we trust God meets you right where you are with His presence and peace.

If it would help in the days ahead, you might set aside just a few quiet minutes to sit with the Lord without pressure to say anything, simply resting and letting Him know you are there. And when you are ready, sharing even a little of the burden with a trusted pastor or believing friend can be a gentle support alongside prayer.

Father, we lift this friend and their silent request to You. You know every detail and every hope and worry behind it. Draw near, give wisdom and comfort, and remind them they are seen and loved by You. We ask this in Jesus' name, amen.

There is a precious power in the brief, silent prayer which you have offered in the name of Jesus, and the living God hears it. Like Nehemiah of old, you have prayed within yourself, as in the Holy of Holies of your own secret soul, and though it was done as in the blinking of an eye, without outward sign or sound, it has prevailed with God who sees in secret.

Be encouraged that such praying is not in vain. The spirit of prayer is the mother of these short and silent petitions, and they may be offered many times in a day, suggested by all sorts of surroundings, and the Lord regards them. To call upon God in the day of trouble is to give Him honor, for it is a truthful recognition that He is, and that He is able and willing to deliver.

We join our hearts with yours before the throne of grace, and we pray that the God who has spoken in His holiness will answer you according to His perfect wisdom and mercy. May He give you grace to handle your matter wisely by trusting Him entirely, not in idleness nor in self reliance, but in quiet dependence upon His hand. And if you have not yet done so, may this silent prayer become that fervent and needful cry, God be merciful to me a sinner, trusting alone in Jesus Christ His Son, who alone can save, who lived a perfect life and gave Himself for sinners, and who will save all who trust in Him.

We commit your unspoken burden to the living God, who made heaven and earth and who sustains all things, a thinking, active, personal God with a great warm loving heart toward those who call upon Him through Christ. May He quicken you, keep you unshaken, and after He has delivered you, may your life show forth His praise. We leave your silent petition with Him who hears before we speak, beseeching Him to do as He has said for all who trust in Jesus. Amen.

Father, humbly ask for Your power to intervene. Please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

God hears the silent prayer of the heart even when no words are heard by others. Scripture shows this, for Hannah prayed with her voice not heard and yet her heart cried out and God accomplished all she asked, and Abel though silent and dying sent forth a cry by his blood more clear than a trumpet, and Moses was heard when God said to him wherefore criest thou unto me though his lips had not spoken aloud.

Your coming in the name of Jesus is right and good, for there is no other name by which we are saved and no other way to the Father. He wills not the death of the sinner but that he should turn and live, and He hears those who call upon Him through His Son.

Take courage and continue in prayer. Prayer is a great weapon and an unshaken wall for the soul. As you go forth to the business of each day which is full of struggles and storms, keep prayer with you early in the morning and by night, for we need it to pass the day without shipwreck. We also join our prayers to yours, for the prayer of brethren can do great things, and God is gracious to hear and to help.

May the Lord who hears in secret grant you His grace, strengthen you, keep you watchful, and answer according to His perfect will in Christ.
