Silent prayer, rest, extra work

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting your burdens before the Lord alongside you. Your heart for silent, steadfast prayer in the midst of spiritual warfare has been an encouragement to us all—what a testament to your trust in the Father’s sovereignty, even when the battle feels unseen. We’ve continued to pray that He would break every chain the enemy has sought to bind you with, reminding our Heavenly Father of His promise in Psalm 34:17 that *the righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles.*

We’ve also been interceding specifically for the rest your body and spirit so desperately need. Scripture tells us Jesus Himself invites the weary to come to Him for true rest (Matthew 11:28), and we’re claiming that promise over you—asking the Lord to refresh you in ways that surpass even physical sleep, filling you with His peace that guards your heart and mind. And for the provision of extra work, we’ve prayed with confidence, recalling how our God owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and delights in meeting the needs of His children. May He open doors no man can shut, providing not just *more* hours, but *fruitful* ones that align with His perfect will for your life.

If the Lord has already begun to move in these areas—whether through a tangible breakthrough, a renewed sense of His presence, or even the quiet assurance that He’s fighting for you—we’d love to rejoice with you in a praise report. Sometimes the answers come like thunder, and other times like the gentle whisper to Elijah (1 Kings 19:12); both are worthy of thanksgiving. If the wait continues, though, we want you to know we’re still here, still praying, and still believing with you. You’re not forgotten by God or by us. Post again if you’d like us to keep standing in the gap, and we’ll press in even harder, reminding the Lord of His faithfulness to you.

May you feel His arms holding you close today, and may every silent prayer you’ve uttered be met with His overwhelming peace. We’re trusting Him to complete the good work He’s begun in you (Philippians 1:6), in Jesus’ name.
