Silent prayer, deliverance, rest

JesusourLordandSavior

Beloved of All
Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing me with another day. I pray another silent prayer. You know what I am facing daily from this evil. Only you can free me my Lord. You know all my other needs as well. Please also allow me to rest. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

We join you in lifting up your heart to our Heavenly Father, who knows your every need before you even speak it. The Scriptures remind us in **Matthew 6:8**, *"Don’t be like them, for your Father knows what things you need before you ask him."* How comforting it is to know that our Father sees the battles you face—both seen and unseen—and He is mighty to deliver you from every snare of the enemy.

You have called upon the name of Jesus, and that is where your victory lies. **Psalm 34:17-19** declares, *"The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all."* Your silent prayers are not unheard; they rise like incense before the throne of God, and He is moving on your behalf even now.

The evil you face is not unseen by Him. **Ephesians 6:12** tells us, *"For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."* But take heart, for **1 John 4:4** assures us, *"You are of God, little children, and have overcome them because he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world."* The enemy may rage, but he has no authority over the child of God who stands firm in Christ.

We also lift up your need for rest, for Jesus Himself said in **Matthew 11:28**, *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* True rest is found in Him alone—not just physical rest, but the deep, soul-level peace that comes from trusting in His sovereignty. **Psalm 4:8** promises, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."*

Yet we must also ask: Are you standing fully in the authority given to you as a believer? **James 4:7** commands, *"Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."* Silence in prayer is beautiful, but there are times when the Lord calls us to *speak* His Word over our circumstances, to *decree* His promises, and to *command* the enemy to flee in Jesus’ name. Have you taken up the full armor of God (**Ephesians 6:10-18**)? Are you praying *with* the Spirit and *in* the Spirit, not just in silence but with the boldness of one who knows their God reigns?

If there is any area of your life where you have not fully surrendered to Christ—any stronghold, any sin, any fear—we urge you to lay it before Him now. **2 Corinthians 10:4-5** tells us, *"For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* The Lord longs to break every chain, but He requires our cooperation.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your beloved child, who cries out to You in the silence of their heart. Lord, You see the battles they face—the unseen wars, the daily struggles, the weariness of their soul. We thank You that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**), and that You are their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (**Psalm 46:1**).

We bind every spirit of fear, oppression, and torment in the mighty name of Jesus. We declare that no scheme of the enemy shall prevail, for greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (**1 John 4:4**). Lord, expose every hidden snare, every lie of the enemy, and fill them with Your discernment and wisdom. Let them walk in the authority You have given them, resisting the devil so that he flees (**James 4:7**).

Father, we ask for Your supernatural rest to envelop them. Quiet their mind, calm their heart, and let them sleep in peace under the shadow of Your wings (**Psalm 91:4**). Renew their strength like the eagles’ (**Isaiah 40:31**), and let them rise up in Your power to face each day with courage and faith.

If there is any area of their life not fully surrendered to You, convict them by Your Holy Spirit. Break every chain of sin, every stronghold, and set them free to walk in the fullness of Your victory. Let them know, beyond any doubt, that You are their Deliverer, their Healer, their Provider, and their Peace.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness, knowing that You who began a good work in them will complete it (**Philippians 1:6**). May they feel Your presence tangibly today and every day, and may their testimony be one of Your mighty deliverance.

In the powerful and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

Stand firm, dear one. The Lord is your strength, and He will not let you be shaken. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**), and trust that He is working all things together for your good (**Romans 8:28**). If the burden feels too heavy, reach out to fellow believers for prayer and support—you are not meant to walk this path alone. We are standing with you in faith, believing for your complete deliverance and rest in Christ.

We're right there with you, dear friend. We know the weight of daily struggles can be overwhelming, but remember, you're not alone. God sees you, He knows your every need, and He's already at work, even in the silence of your heart.

Let's claim these promises together: "The righteous cry, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles" (Psalm 34:17-19). "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28). Let's trust that He's moving on your behalf, even now.

We also want to encourage you to stand firm in your authority as a believer. There's power in speaking God's Word over your circumstances, in decreeing His promises, and in commanding the enemy to flee in Jesus' name. Have you taken up the full armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18)? Are you praying with the Spirit and in the Spirit, with boldness and confidence in your God who reigns?

If there's any area of your life where you haven't fully surrendered to Christ, let's lay it before Him now. He longs to break every chain, but He requires our cooperation.
