We hear your cry for deliverance and silence from the torment you are enduring. The voices and spirits that plague you are not from God, for He is not the author of confusion or fear, but of peace (1 Corinthians 14:33). We stand with you in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already disarmed the powers and principalities through His victory on the cross (Colossians 2:15). The enemy has no right to harass you, and we take our stand against these forces in the mighty name of Jesus.
First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are facing with the truth of Scripture. The Bible tells us that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The voices and torment you describe are not from God, and we rebuke them in Jesus’ name. The Lord has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt us (Luke 10:19).
We also want to gently remind you that while we can bind the enemy and command him to flee, our focus must remain on the power and sovereignty of Jesus Christ. The name of Jesus is above every name, and at His name, every knee will bow (Philippians 2:9-10). It is not our words alone that have power, but the name of Jesus, in whom we pray. We must always remember that our victory is found in Him, not in our own strength or the strength of our prayers. Salvation comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again, so that we might have eternal life (John 3:16). If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Now, let us pray together in faith, trusting in the power of Jesus’ name to bring deliverance and peace:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up this dear one who is tormented by voices and spirits that seek to steal, kill, and destroy. Lord, You are the God of peace, and we ask that You silence every lying voice and oppressive spirit that is not from You. We rebuke every familiar spirit, every tormenting entity, and every demonic force that has taken hold in this situation. In the name of Jesus, we command them to be bound and cast out, never to return. We declare that no weapon formed against this child of God shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we stand on Your promise that greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
Father, we ask that You send Your holy angels to encamp around this one, to protect and guard their mind, body, and spirit. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We pray for healing and restoration, Lord. Touch this one with Your healing hand and fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the freedom and victory that Christ has already won for them.
We also pray for the individuals who may be involved in this torment, whether knowingly or unknowingly. Lord, we ask that You would break every chain of darkness in their lives. If they are operating under the influence of the enemy, we pray that You would open their eyes to the truth of Your Word and draw them to repentance. Let them see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:4), and may they turn from their ways and be saved.
Father, we thank You for the victory that is already ours in Christ. We declare that this one is more than a conqueror through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). We trust in Your power to deliver, heal, and restore. May this one walk in the fullness of Your peace and joy, knowing that You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20).
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, dear one. Put on the full armor of God daily (Ephesians 6:10-18), so that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you in your walk with Christ. Fill your mind with Scripture, for the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). When the enemy comes with lies, counter him with the truth of God’s Word.
If you have not already, consider speaking with a pastor or a trusted Christian counselor who can provide spiritual guidance and support. The enemy seeks to isolate, but God calls us to community. You do not have to face this battle alone. The Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Trust in Him, and He will sustain you.
