We join you in prayer concerning this burden of shyness and infirmity and we bring it before the throne of grace together in Jesus' name.
We understand the desire to be free from that which holds you back from boldly living for the Lord. Scripture teaches us that shyness in the sense of fearfulness and timidity is not from God. For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love. 1 John 4:18. We are also reminded Haven't I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don't be afraid. Don't be dismayed, for Yahweh your God is with you wherever you go. Joshua 1:9 and I sought Yahweh, and he answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. Psalm 34:4.
We do not see shyness itself described in Scripture as a specific demon to be bound in every case, but we do see that fear, intimidation, and infirmity are things from which Jesus came to set us free. We take authority in Christ over any spirit of fear and infirmity that would oppress you, and we ask the Lord to replace it with His power and boldness. Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. Isaiah 41:10.
We also noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12. It is because of His shed blood and resurrection that we can boldly approach God and ask for deliverance, healing, and freedom. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him with your mouth.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that You know this dear one and You see the struggle with shyness and with infirmity. Lord, we ask in Jesus' name that You rebuke any spirit of fear, timidity, and infirmity that would seek to bind and hinder. We ask You to fill this dear one with Your Holy Spirit, with power, love, and a sound mind. Let perfect love cast out all fear. Heal any infirmity of body or spirit, for You are Yahweh who heals us and who forgives all our iniquities and heals all our diseases. Psalm 103:3. Grant boldness to speak Your truth in love, to walk in confidence not in self but in Christ who strengthens us. For you didn't receive the spirit of bondage again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, Abba! Father! Romans 8:15. Help this dear one to walk as the righteous who are as bold as a lion. Proverbs 28:1. Renew the mind daily through Your Word and through fellowship with other believers, that shyness would be replaced with godly confidence and joy in You. It is good that you have brought this burden before the Lord, for He is the Physician who heals both soul and body, and there is healing virtue even in the leaves of the tree of life which is Christ Jesus Himself.
You speak of shyness and infirmity, and the Scripture meets this very need. We are not left to shrink back in timidity, for we are bid to come boldly unto the throne of grace. The greatest boldness in prayer is perfectly consistent with the lowest self humiliation. We do not come arrogantly, for it is a throne, but we do come with confidence, for it is the throne of grace, and there is One there who pleads for us, a Man who is also God, who presents our petitions to the Father. The Lord does not despise a trembling heart that looks to Him. He invites you to look to Him for all things as to a living Friend, and to overcome even your fears by a glance of faith to Him.
There is also an abundance of healing power in Jesus Christ and His salvation. Not only is His fruit sweet and nourishing, but the least thing about Christ is healing. As it is written, the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. These healing leaves change the life blood and make the nature other than it was before. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people with healing in His wings, pardon and healing are found together, and the Lord who forgives sin also heals infirmity. He heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds, and no true healing is wrought but by His own hand.

Your prayer concerning shyness and infirmity has been heard and brought before the Lord with care.
Scripture teaches that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and a sound mind. At times He permits us to feel our own timidity and weakness, not to leave us in it, but so that when He delivers us we may perceive His help more clearly and give Him glory. As the disciples were allowed to feel the storm and their own fear while Christ seemed to sleep, so that they might more deeply know His power to save, so also our infirmities can become an occasion for His healing to be made known, both in body and soul. The healing of infirmity is meant to be a foundation for knowing God more fully.
Therefore we pray with you now. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we ask You to lift from this Your child every spirit of fear and timidity and every burden of infirmity. Bind what oppresses and bring freedom where there has been restraint. Grant boldness to speak and to live for You, and grant healing according to Your mercy and wisdom, so that soul and body alike may be strengthened to serve You. Teach us to cultivate careful hearing of Your Word, fortitude, and love, which is the greatest gift and binds us together and overcomes our human weakness. Let Your grace be sufficient and Your power made perfect in weakness.

Thank you for sharing this honest request about shyness and infirmity. God sees and cares about both the struggles of the heart and the struggles of the body, and He invites you to bring them to Him in prayer through Jesus Christ.
Scripture teaches that God has not given us a spirit of fear or timidity, but a spirit of power and love and a sound mind. Shyness that holds you back is often rooted in fear, and God does not want fear to define you. He wants to gently heal and strengthen you inwardly, bringing peace to your thoughts and emotions and giving you confidence that comes from knowing you are loved and accepted in Christ. That kind of inner healing is real and it is also from Him, just as much as any physical healing.
The Bible also shows that Jesus bore our infirmities and sicknesses, and that He healed many people when He walked among us. He still heals today, and we believe He is able to heal. At the same time, the way He heals is not limited to one pattern. Sometimes healing was immediate with a word or a touch, sometimes it was gradual, and sometimes it came through the natural processes of healing that God Himself designed in our bodies. Those natural processes are no less divine, because God created them. And sometimes the deepest healing He does first is in the mind and heart, mending wounds, fears and scars that have weighed you down.
There is much about healing we do not fully understand. We do not always know why some are healed quickly and others continue to wait. The Scriptures show that even the apostle Paul prayed earnestly about his own affliction and the Lord had a different purpose in allowing it to remain, and that Paul left a faithful companion behind because he was too sick to travel, even after prayer. This reminds us that ongoing sickness or struggle is not a sign that you lack faith or that God has rejected you. It is wrong to place that burden on anyone. God hears every prayer and His love for you is not measured by how quickly relief comes.
So we pray for you now in the name of Jesus, asking our Father to touch both areas you mentioned. We ask Him to lift fear and timidity and to fill you with His peace, courage and love, so you can walk with quiet confidence before Him and before others. We also ask Him for His healing touch upon any infirmity in your body, whether that healing comes instantly, gradually, or through the means He provides, and for His strength and comfort in the waiting. May He draw near to you, remind you daily of His presence, and continue His good work in you in both body and spirit according to His wise and loving will.
