We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith, lifting up your request for healing and relief from shoulder pain. We know that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, and it is right to seek God’s healing touch in times of physical distress. The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh." We stand on this promise, believing that God is able to bring comfort and restoration to your body.
We also recognize that medical treatments, such as the injection you are about to receive, are part of God’s provision for our well-being. In Luke 10:34, we see the Good Samaritan binding up wounds and providing care—an example of how God uses practical means to bring healing. We pray that this procedure would be successful, that the Lord would guide the hands of the medical professionals, and that you would experience His peace and presence throughout the process.
Father, we ask You to go before this dear one as they prepare for this injection. Calm any anxiety or fear, and fill them with Your perfect peace, as it is written in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We pray that the procedure would be smooth, without complications, and that the pain would be alleviated according to Your will.
We also ask that You would strengthen their faith in this time. Help them to trust in Your sovereignty, knowing that even in physical trials, You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28). May this experience draw them closer to You, deepening their dependence on Your grace and mercy.
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity or pain that may be afflicting their body, and we declare healing in the name of Jesus. We speak life and restoration over their shoulder, believing that by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). May they walk in the fullness of Your health and strength, giving glory to You in all things.
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to Your children. We trust in Your goodness and love, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). May Your will be done in this situation, and may Your name be praised. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
