How was SEIM started?

One bright morning on 2nd January, 2010, I was reading my Bible in my quiet time. God spoke to me through the portion of Deut.1:6-8. It is my longing to be eager to go or send Missionaries to preach gospel to the people at interior places of India. So, I understood from the God’s word that He is asking me to leave the present ministry and go for another one. I prayed and with His guidance I started this missionary organization. For nearly 28 years the Lord blessed me as a Missions teacher and taught me a number of important Biblical truths. Most importantly, He taught me to apply the principles of II Timothy 2:3, 4 to my life by learning self-discipline. Our Lord led me to name this organization as “SHARON EVANGELICAL INTERIOR MISSION†( SEIM ).

SEIM is an Inter denominational Christian missionary organization. We recruit, support and send the missionaries to the interior places of India to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ. Our aim is to transform the interior people groups of India by the power of the gospel with word and deeds. We trust God for all of our financial needs and we seek help from likeminded people and organizations who come forward to help the ministry.

OUR VISION

To reach unreached interior people of India, with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and make them disciples of Jesus Christ, so that they may be transformed into His likeness to transform the society.

OUR FAITH ( DOCTRINES )

1. One God in Holy Trinity: We believe in one God, holy and almighty, eternally existing in three Persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, co-eternal in being, co-identical in nature, co-equal in power and glory, each with distinct personal attributes, but without division of nature, essence or being.

2. Holy Scriptures: We believe in the verbal and plenary inspiration of the Old and New Testaments; that they are infallible, inerrant in the original writings, and the final authority for faith and life.

3. Universal Sin of mankind: We believe that God created man in His own image and in the state of innocence. Through Adam's transgression "sin entered the world, and death through sin;" and consequently, mankind inherited a corrupt nature, being born in sin and under condemnation. As soon as men are capable of moral action, they become actual transgressors in thought, word and deed.

4. Redemption through blood of Jesus Christ on the Cross: We believe that salvation is a gift of God brought to men by grace and received only through personal repentance of sin and faith in the person and the finished work and atoning blood of Jesus Christ. We believe that regeneration is achieved through the work of the Holy Spirit.

5. Resurrection of Jesus Christ: We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, who became man by the Holy Spirit and virgin birth, and lived a sinless life on earth. We believe that He died at Calvary as a satisfactory substitution sacrifice for sinners that His body was buried in and arose from the tomb; that He ascended to Heaven and was glorified at God's right hand.

6. Holy Spirit: We believe that the Holy Spirit is a divine person who convicts the world of sin, of righteousness and of judgment; that He is the supernatural agent in regeneration by whom all believers are baptized into the Body of Christ; that He indwells and seals them until the day of redemption. We believe He is the divine teacher and helper who guides believers into all truth; it is the privilege of all believers to be filled with the Spirit.

7. Universal Church: We believe that the church universal is a spiritual organism composed of the regenerated who are baptized into that body by the Holy Spirit at the time of the new birth and that the local church, the visible manifestation of the body, has the responsibility to provide for the fellowship and edification of believers and to propagate the gospel into the world.

8. Second Coming of Jesus Christ: We believe that the Lord Jesus Christ is coming again to receive the church His bride and take her home, and to judge and rule the earth in righteousness.

OUR FUNDS:

We look to God for our monthly needs. We ask prayer support through our News Letters. We don’t have any support from abroad. We take free will offerings from all the believers who come forward to support.

WE ENCOURAGE:

1. All the Church people to involve in God’s missionary movement.
   
2. Young people/Students to visit mission fields and spend time with missionaries (on their own expenses) at the time of their vacation. So that they could understand the will of God.
   
3. Those who have interest to work among interior people for a period of time, they can join with us at any time. We’ll pay remuneration for their work period.
   
4. Young committed Christians those who have full time missionary call, to join with us, to reach unreached and for cross cultural mission work.
   

At present we are doing ministry in three States.

1.Thulugonda, Gondigudem, Polluru - Khammam Dist., Andhra Pradesh.

2.Muthapur, Motla, Sunkarapally, Asarally, Gollagudem, Borraigudem, Sethapally, Gerlapally, Jangalpally, Balamuthyampally, and Ankeesa. - Gadachiroly Dist., Maharastra.

3.Gunpur, Goadpur, Rathnaguda, and Vonduguda - Rayagad Dist. Orissa.

TEACHING AND TRAINING:

We give training on missions for mission interested people.We preach and teach on missions in all the Churches on their invitation.We send people to our mission fields for the practical training.
