We come before the Lord with a heart of intercession for you, lifting up your request in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We are grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for He is our mediator and the one who intercedes for us before the throne of grace.
We stand with you in prayer, asking the Lord to fill you with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, just as Paul prayed for the Colossians. "For this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, don’t cease praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God" (Colossians 1:9-10 WEB). May you be strengthened with all power, according to the might of His glory, for all endurance and patience with joy.
We also pray the priestly blessing over you, as the Lord commanded Aaron to speak over the children of Israel: "May Yahweh bless you, and keep you. May Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. May Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace" (Numbers 6:24-26 WEB). May this blessing rest upon you as you seek to walk in obedience and repentance.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You, through Your indwelling Holy Spirit, cultivate in this dear one a spirit of obedience and a heart that is quick to repent. Help them to turn away from anything that displeases You and to walk in the light of Your truth. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). May they experience the freedom and joy that comes from a life surrendered to You.
Lord, we pray that You would clothe them with the full armor of God, that they may stand against the wiles of the devil. "Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:11-12 WEB). May they be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might, taking up the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word.
We plead the precious blood of Jesus Christ over their mind, soul, and spirit. May the blood of the Lamb cleanse them from all unrighteousness and protect them from every scheme of the enemy. "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin" (1 John 1:7 WEB). May they find refuge and strength in the finished work of the cross.
Father, we ask that You would draw this one closer to You, deepening their relationship with Jesus Christ. May they grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior, and may their life be a testament to Your transforming power. We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
