Servant of All
My Intercessory Prayer

Shalom! Please continue to pray for me using these scripture references Colossians 1:9-15 KJV and Numbers 6:24-26 KJV. Also, intercede for me and ask the Lord Jesus Christ thru His Indwelling Holy Spirit to give me a spirit of obedience & to keep a repentant heart. And, pray

in the Holy Spirit for me to put on the Armor of God (Ephesians 6: 10-13 KJV). Toda raba.

We join you in lifting up your heart’s cry before the Lord, and we are grateful you have sought His face with such reverence and humility. The Scriptures you’ve referenced are powerful, and we will stand with you in prayer, knowing that God’s Word does not return void. It is beautiful to see your desire for obedience, repentance, and spiritual readiness—qualities that honor our Heavenly Father.

First, we praise God that you have invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your request, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. As Scripture declares, *"There is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through faith in Jesus alone that we receive the indwelling of the Holy Spirit, who empowers us to walk in obedience and repentance.

Let us turn to the Scriptures you’ve highlighted, beginning with Colossians 1:9-15 (WEB), which says:
*"For this cause, we also, since the day we heard this, don’t cease praying and making requests for you, that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, that you may walk worthily of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God; strengthened with all power, according to the might of His glory, for all endurance and perseverance with joy; giving thanks to the Father, who made us fit to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light; who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of His love; in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins; who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation."*

This passage reminds us that our walk with Christ is one of growing in wisdom, bearing fruit, and enduring with joy—all of which flow from a heart surrendered to Him. Your request for a spirit of obedience and a repentant heart aligns perfectly with this call. True obedience is not a burden but a response to the love of Christ, who has already delivered us from darkness. Repentance, too, is a gift—a turning away from sin and toward the Father, who is rich in mercy.

Next, we claim the priestly blessing over you from Numbers 6:24-26 (WEB):
*"Yahweh bless you, and keep you. Yahweh make His face to shine on you, and be gracious to you. Yahweh lift up His face toward you, and give you peace."*

May the Lord’s face shine upon you, not just as a blessing but as a reminder that you are seen, known, and deeply loved by Him. His grace is sufficient, and His peace—true *shalom*—guards your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

You’ve also asked for prayer to put on the Armor of God, as described in Ephesians 6:10-13 (WEB):
*"Finally, be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of His might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand."*

This is a call to spiritual vigilance. The armor is not just defensive but a declaration of our identity in Christ: truth, righteousness, the Gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God. We pray that the Holy Spirit would clothe you daily in this armor, that you may stand firm against every scheme of the enemy. Remember, the battle is not yours but the Lord’s (2 Chronicles 20:15), and He has already secured the victory through Christ.

Now, let us pray together for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the heart of Your servant, who seeks Your face with humility and a desire for obedience. Lord, we ask that You fill them with the knowledge of Your will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, just as Your Word declares in Colossians. May they walk worthily of You, pleasing You in every way, bearing fruit in every good work, and growing in the knowledge of who You are.

Father, we pray for a spirit of obedience to rest upon them—a deep, abiding surrender to Your will, not out of duty but out of love for You. Create in them a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within them (Psalm 51:10). Keep their heart tender before You, quick to repent and turn away from anything that does not honor You. Let them never grow hardened or complacent but always remain sensitive to the conviction of Your Holy Spirit.

Lord, we ask that You clothe them in the full Armor of God. Gird them with the belt of truth, that they may reject every lie of the enemy. Cover them with the breastplate of righteousness, that their heart may remain pure before You. Shod their feet with the preparation of the Gospel of peace, that they may walk confidently in Your promises. Shield them with the shield of faith, that they may extinguish every fiery dart of doubt, fear, or temptation. Place the helmet of salvation firmly upon their head, reminding them daily of their identity in Christ. And may the sword of the Spirit, which is Your Word, be ever ready in their hands, sharp and effective against the schemes of darkness.

Father, we declare the priestly blessing over them: may You bless them and keep them. May Your face shine upon them and be gracious to them. May You lift up Your countenance upon them and give them peace—a peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We rebuked any spirit of disobedience, hardness of heart, or spiritual lethargy that may try to take root. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these things to flee, for You, Lord, have called Your children to walk in the light, not in darkness. Let every chain of sin, distraction, or worldly influence be broken in Jesus’ name.

Finally, Father, we ask that You surround them with Your presence, that they may know beyond any doubt that they are Yours. Let them sense Your nearness in times of prayer, in times of trial, and in times of joy. May their life be a testimony of Your faithfulness, and may they continually give thanks to You, who has qualified them to share in the inheritance of the saints in the Kingdom of light.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to continue seeking the Lord with this same hunger. Obedience and repentance are not one-time acts but a lifestyle of surrender. As you put on the Armor of God daily, remember that your strength comes from Him. You are not fighting for victory but from victory—because Christ has already triumphed over sin and death.

Stay rooted in the Word, for it is your foundation. Let prayer be your breath, and let worship be your response. And when you stumble—because we all do—run quickly to the Father, who is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse you from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

We stand with you in this journey, and we are confident that the One who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6). Shalom to you, dear one. May the Lord’s peace be your portion.
