Sexual Struggle/Temptations

Please pray for me. I am having spiritual warfare regarding sex and I am having difficulty resisting internet porn. I am a Christian woman married to a wonderful Christian man, but I am struggling with impure thoughts lately. Please pray that I would have strength to resisit thinking about and looking at innapropriate things. I appreciate your prayers. God bless you!

Father,

Please take hold of this woman's mind and heart. Help her to do whatever is necessary to cast off this sin, that has the ability to destroy her and her marriage. Even if it means getting rid of her computer or her internet service. Lord, whatever it takes give this sister the courage and conviction to put aside this sin and spend that time seeking You and asking You to erase those images from her mind forever. Help her also to realize how it dishonors You, as You are aware of every instance. Place the image of Your Son dying for her sin on the cross, whenever she is tempted again. In Jesus' Name I pray, Amen.

Lord, this sin is no worse than others many of us have struggled with. But it is just as deadly and it can sideline a person, and worse, cause them to stumble others, if it is not repented of. Lord I know You love this woman. She knows You love her, and she knows this is wrong. Please give her the strength to say no to Satan, no to his lies, that this is harmless, no to his enticements, just plain no. For Your kingdom's sake, please help her to be free from this bondage today. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Lord I lift up to you this woman. Lord I pray that may you strengthen her. Let her wear the full armor of God. I pray that she will overcome not relying on herself but on Jesus. I pray that the holy spirit will remind you of God's words his truth. The enemy is the father of lies. I pray that you'll wear the helmet of salvation that SIN,satan, and death has no power and you are victorious in Christ, Through him. Not by might, nor by power but by His spirit. Raise your shield of faith. Believe that when you recieve Jesus in your heart, the old has gone the new has come. You are free. You are no longer born of flesh but of spirit. You are a new creation in Christ. He that is in you is greater that he that is in the world. I pray Lord that you break the bondage of lusts, sexual acts in this person.
