Sexual attacks

Good morning, please pray for me I have too many sexual attacks at night and even during the day, with terrible nightmares, God almighty set me free have suffered this for many years.

Goesaean many deal with these attacks, many just accept them as normal. Keep going, keep trying, good exercise during the day might make you sleep more soundly at night= going to sleep as soon as your head hits the pillow and not allowing the thoughts to linger while your mind is still awake.

Lord mercy and help on Goesaean please with these mind and flesh thoughts that are tough to shake. Holy Spirit lend Your power, strength, love and self control/sound mind to him to deal with, ignore, substitute with better thoughts even of a more pristine/acceptable sexual nature if that lends sanity. Lord life is tough and fleeing sex thoughts tough because they are in one's brain and the flesh wants to hold onto them. In the name of Jesus please Father help! Amen!
