Severe sexual attacks

Good morning, I am requesting for prayers against physical sexual attacks day and night, where I even have orgasl and fluids comes out of me, so I wear pant liner 24/7 otherwise my clothes will be wet, for years have prayed no changes, please help me I need urgent delivarace.
