We come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your struggle with severe nasal congestion and the exhaustion it has brought. The Word of God reminds us in Psalm 103:2-3, "Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases." We stand on this promise, declaring that Jesus is indeed your healer, just as you have proclaimed.
Father God, in the name of Jesus, we ask You to touch our brother/sister with Your healing hand. We rebuke this congestion and the discomfort it brings. Lord, we pray for immediate relief from this runny nose and congestion. Clear the passages, Lord, so that breathing may come easily and rest may be found. We speak healing over their body, commanding every symptom to cease in Jesus' mighty name. We remember Your word in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."
We also pray for strength and endurance as they wait for complete healing. May they find comfort in Your presence, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who have a contrite spirit (Psalm 34:18). We encourage you to continue to stand on God's promises, even when symptoms persist. Remember that healing can manifest in various ways—instantly, progressively, or even through medical intervention that God provides. Trust in His perfect timing and plan.
In the name of Jesus, we also pray for wisdom in caring for your body. Consider seeking godly counsel from healthcare professionals, as the body is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him (Psalm 37:7). We declare that this season of discomfort will pass, and you will rise up in renewed strength and health.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and for the healing power that is already at work in our brother/sister’s life. We trust in You, our Great Physician, to bring complete restoration. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
