Satan is free to do as he wishes in the freedom that God has given him for the time being. His judgement and punishment hasn't come yet. He is still the acting ruler of this Earth under the allowance of God. Good luck chaining up and demanding anything from the most powerful adversary in existence. This whole sermon reeks of spiritism and prosperity gospel. Storms come on all people. Your whole life might suck until you die from an outside worldly perspective. But you shouldn't care about that, you should care about the treasures you are storing up in heaven through your relationship with Christ and the work he has given you. Look at Paul. He was one of the most wealthy and respected people of his time when he was Saul. Then after his encounter with Jesus, he lost everything, went blind, was constantly beat to near or to death, constantly imprisoned, and ultimately put to death. His life was horrible from a worldly perspective after he was saved. But he was probably one of the most level-headed and joyful people to ever exist within his own worldly misery.
