I am tired of hurting.
I am tired of all the heartache and pain.
I call on GOD and he does not hear me.
I pray to GOD and beg THEE.
GOD is so far away from my cries, heartache, and pain.
Im alone in this crazy world it's so insane 
What must I do for GOD to heat my cries, see my tears, feel my fears?
Everyone I have helped has turned their backs on me.
GOD if YOU never answer another Prayer please set me free.  
I'm worn and tired no more fight. I'm giving up on this crazy life.
Everyone I helped now laughs at me and puts me down.
I wish I could turn back the time and never reached out to help anyone.
I'm living in this cruel world a place for where I don't want to be.
GOD I'm tired set me FREE.

Then stop helping people for now if it bothers you that much. If you help people and then resent it afterwards there really is no point to it. Sometimes people will do the backstabbing routine and not reciprocate. That is human nature, unfortunately. When you're dealing with unbelievers that is to be expected. They're all in it for themselves.

It shouldn't be that way with Christians but a lot say they are believers but are they really?

Maybe you need to stop trying to win other's approval and acceptance and just rest in Christ for now. You can't give what you don't have and only God can fill you up on the inside.

I understand how you feel. Just take a break and relax. Maybe it's a sign that God wants you to do something else instead.  Maybe God wants you to move from volunteering somewhere to volunteering somewhere else. Maybe God wants to move you from helping homeless people to helping your local church with worship music instead. I am not called to be a prophet so dont take these recommendations too personally but just take them as random examples.

No where did i say it bothers me.  What bothers me is that I am in need and cant get help from anyone.

Unfortunately just because you help someone else doesn't guarantee that you will be helped in return. People are often selfish and like to take but who likes to give?

Ask God for help. God can help you in many ways and he might use a person to help you or something else. For now you will need to learn how to rely on God alone until you receive what you are looking for.

Maybe look for an agency of some sort to help you if you are really stuck. I don't know what kind of help you need and where you are located. There has to be something out there for you.
