Glorious Sabbath Day People of God:
I come somewhat earlier today with my ongoing testimony; because, as usual, this morning the provocation, manipulation, and harassment has already started, even on the Sabbath. Because stealing is what a thief does; if they'll steal the day before the Sabbath, they'll steal on the Sabbath.
Game day. Apparently, it's not enough that I was thrown into the streets, where I'm compassed daily. This homeless grandmother and elder woman of God was, yet again, thrown off the train to prevent me from accessing homeless food at the church. Mind you, this is after having drained my transit account, withheld my housing, food, and water. Then they submit bogus claims to the omniscient God. He knows the back story.
Will my hometown win a baseball game today? I don't know; I'm not a fortune teller. I'm a prophetess. I speak warnings based on the scriptures. I do know this: winning a baseball game doesn't prove God's pleasure with a city's behavior; because, unlike spiritual rewards, baseball games can be stolen.
Old Testament
Leviticus 6 ⁴If you have sinned in any of these ways, you are guilty. You must give back whatever you stole, or the money you took by extortion, or the security deposit, or the lost property you found, ⁵or anything obtained by swearing falsely. You must make restitution by paying the full price plus an additional 20 percent to the person you have harmed. On the same day you must present a guilt offering. ⁶As a guilt offering to the LORD, you must bring to the priest your own ram with no defects, or you may buy one of equal value. ⁷Through this process, the priest will purify you before the LORD, making you right with Him, and you will be forgiven for any of these sins you have committed.”
New Testament
Matthew 5 ²³“So if you are presenting a sacrifice at the altar in the Temple and you suddenly remember that someone has something against you, ²⁴leave your sacrifice there at the altar. Go and be reconciled to that person. Then come and offer your sacrifice to God.
Jesus's command in the New Testament is the same as written in the Old Testament. The only difference being, no human priest is necessary; He is the High Priest. Because Jesus is the whole Word of God, the principals of the Old and New Testaments remain the same—immutable. Jesus simply did away with pretentious ritualisms.
But, how weak for a city to attack an elder, even threatening my life over something so trivial. Matthew 16:26 "And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul?" Nevertheless,
Matthew 10:28 “Don’t be afraid of those who want to kill your body; they cannot touch your soul. Fear only God, who can destroy both soul and body in hell."
The Word God cannot lie; which is evident in my hometown's persistent rebellion. Therefore, I do not expect my hometown to initiate reconciliation—certainly not with an unresentful spirit. Still, like Apostle Paul, I simply testify to the things I suffer for Christ's sake; because, akin to Jerusalem and Judah, my hometown's behavior does not just affect herself — it ultimately impacts the nation.[/SIZE][/JUSTIFY]
