Separation:

My wife wants a divorce. She remains steadfast in her decision with no opportunity for any other recourse. We have two children from her first marriage. She is living with her step sisters in ###, and I am living with my mom in ###, ###. My wife and I both come from a very troubled past, pertaining to drugs, party lifestyles, and multiple sexual partners. While I am a very reserved, almost fearful person, my wife is a very strong-willed and independent person. She states that I am not currently providing adequate support for my family. I have battled anxiety and depression for almost my whole life. We met approximately 22 months ago, and were married on the 21 of November, 2009. My wife has separated and left our home seven times thus far. We were discouraged by our church attendance, and have fallen away from the faith. We took upon ourselves old habits that God had freed us from: drugs, graphic sexual movies. Before my wife assured me of her intentions for a divorce, regrettably in our conversations we were discussing an open marriage concerning multiple male and female partners.

As the head of my household, I am fully responsible for the sin I allowed to enter into our household. My wife does not contact me. I am not in contact with my children. She has not issued any demands of me concerning marital restoration. My wife shows no signs of returning to the Lord or stopping her drug use. She openly discusses her use of pot over -banned site-, and is unresponsive to the encouragement of fellow believers.

I humbly request intercession for my marriage, for my children, for the hardness of my wife's heart toward God, and myself. I asked for prayerful support for the children ### who is 11, and ### who is 5 that they not forget the commandments of our Lord. I need the Lord to help strengthen me, and empower me to be able to meet the needs of my family. We are under bondage, and are grieved and vexed.

I love my wife and children more deeply than I can understand; the thought of the divorce being final is unbearable.

I have fallen on my face before the living God, pleading for the restoration of my family.

Lord, I pray for mercy upon this people. You forgive sinners again and again if they just humbly ask Your forgiveness. I pray for strength of character to love You above all else. I pray for deliverance for this whole family and cleansing of sin by the power of Your Blood. I pray for strong guidance and Your best future for each of them. I pray for protection upon the children. In Jesus Name. amen

Lord as our implore to You for Your mercy upon his marriage, may You indeed hearken to him. Thank You that he has turned back to You in great humbleness of heart and You will guide him through this situation.

Strengthen him in Your word and in Your truth so that he will remain strong, faithful and righteous before You all the days of his life, for Your Name sake we pray, which is in Jesus' Name, amen. 2 Chronicles 33:10-19

my heart goes out to you my brother, reading your request has left me sad.... but remember this battle is not yours, but the Lord's so whatever you going through now, know that God is fighting on your behalf (know, believe that and have faith in him....

i know you are sad & weary but fortunately, once we understand that, we can confidently rely on God’s promise in Isaiah 55:10-11, which says As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.' So use your prayer for your marriage restoration to speak life and death to the issues now affecting the restoration of your marriage, and release the awesome power of God as He works to restore your marriage. Pray them daily, even several times a day; SPEAKING them out loud when possible..... then your desires will be fulfilled

Dear Lord, we humble ourselves before you, we trust you & we know you are listening, we request that you bring a new holy & amazing life to what seems like a dying marriage, we pray for your intervention, we know, you the only one with power to do amazing & miraculous things, we need you Lord to heal this man's wife, change her ways oh Lord, make her realise that with her husband is where she belongs & that their kids need their father, show her the way God, so that she can also stop using drugs & be the wonderful, God fearing woman & wife she once was, we believe it was your will that they got married, we also believe that, the hurt the pain is not from you, because nothing painful & hurtful comes from you father, now we ask that you take it all away....in Jesus name amen!
