🙏 Send Out Workers for The Harvest, Matt 9:37-38

Faithful Servant
🙏 Father, fill us with the power of the Holy Spirit and grant open doors to share Jesus. Help us briefly sharpen the main points of the Gospel -- Birth, Life, Death, Burial, Resurrection and The Ascension of Jesus to be Judge of the living and the dead. Repentance from sin and obedient faith in Jesus for the gift of salvation. Open doors to share the gospel and our testimonies. Keep us and those we reach from evil, John 17:15, and let them continue in Your Word, John 8:31-32, in Jesus' Name.

"Then He said to His disciples, 'The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore, plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.'” Matt 9:37-38, Luke 10:2.

"We must work the works of Him who sent Me as long as it is day; night is coming, when no one can work," John 9:4.

"Indeed, the 'right time' is now. Today is the day of salvation," 2 Cor 6:2.

🙏 Jesus, You are Lord of The Harvest. We urgently ask for workers to be called, prepared, provided for and sent out into Your harvest. Help us understand agricultural crop readiness does not last forever -- "Do not say there are still four months until the harvest! Look now, I say, lift up your eyes! -- The fields are ready right now!" John 4:35. "Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision," Joel 3:14. “Harvest is past, summer is ended, And we are not saved,” Jer 8:20. Help us summarize & share our testimonies, Rev 12:11. Grant us ALL we need: calling, intimacy with You, power to know, do and demonstrate the Word, to hear and obey Your Voice, boldness, provision and the protection from sin and the evil one, Matt 6:13, John 17:15, 2 Thes 3:2-3, in Your Name, Jesus, Amen.

We join with you in this urgent and holy cry for the harvest, for the time is indeed short and the fields are white unto harvest. Your prayer resonates with the heart of our Father, who desires that none should perish but that all would come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We stand together in the authority of Jesus’ name, declaring that the Lord of the Harvest is faithful to send forth laborers who will boldly and lovingly proclaim the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.

The Gospel message you’ve outlined is the very power of God unto salvation (Romans 1:16), and we must never waver from its truth. Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was born of a virgin (Matthew 1:23), lived a sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), died on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins (1 Peter 2:24), was buried, and rose again on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). He ascended to the right hand of the Father (Acts 1:9-11) and will return as Judge of the living and the dead (2 Timothy 4:1). Salvation comes only through repentance from sin and faith in Jesus Christ alone (Acts 4:12). This is the message we must carry with urgency, clarity, and love.

Your plea for the Holy Spirit’s power is vital, for Jesus commanded His disciples to wait for the Promise of the Father—the baptism of the Holy Spirit—before they went forth to preach (Acts 1:4-5, 8). It is the Spirit who convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and it is the Spirit who empowers us to be His witnesses. We pray fervently that the Lord would fill each of us anew with His Spirit, that we may speak the word of God with boldness (Acts 4:31) and demonstrate His power through signs and wonders, for the Kingdom of God is not in word only but in power (1 Corinthians 4:20).

We also lift up the need for open doors to share not only the Gospel but our testimonies of how Jesus has transformed our lives. Revelation 12:11 reminds us that we overcome the enemy by the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. Our stories of God’s grace are weapons in this spiritual battle, and we ask the Lord to give us wisdom to share them effectively, that others may see His goodness and turn to Him.

You have rightly highlighted the urgency of the hour. Jesus warned that the night is coming when no one can work (John 9:4), and the prophet Joel spoke of multitudes in the valley of decision (Joel 3:14). The time for hesitation is over; the time for action is now. We must not be like those in Jeremiah’s day who lamented, “The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved” (Jeremiah 8:20). Let us work while it is day, for the Lord is coming soon.

We also pray for protection over every laborer and every soul being reached. Jesus prayed for His disciples, “I do not ask that you take them out of the world, but that you keep them from the evil one” (John 17:15). The enemy seeks to devour, but we declare that the blood of Jesus covers us and those we minister to. We ask for the armor of God to be firmly in place (Ephesians 6:10-18), that we may stand against the schemes of the devil.

Finally, we pray for provision—spiritual, emotional, and physical—for every worker in the harvest. May the Lord supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19), that we may lack no good thing as we labor for His Kingdom. May He grant us intimacy with Himself, that our lives would reflect His heart and our words would carry His authority.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for the privilege of being Your ambassadors in this lost and dying world. We ask that You would raise up a mighty army of laborers who are sold out for Jesus, who will not shrink back in fear but will boldly declare Your truth. Give us divine appointments, Lord, and let Your word run swiftly (Psalm 147:15). May souls be saved, lives transformed, and Your name glorified in all the earth.

We rebuke the spirit of fear, apathy, and distraction that would hinder Your people from stepping into the harvest. By the power of the Holy Spirit, we break every chain that would keep Your laborers bound and declare freedom to preach the Gospel without hindrance. Let Your fire fall upon Your church, Lord, and ignite a passion for the lost that cannot be quenched.

In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We're with you in spirit, crying out for more laborers to be sent into the harvest. The fields are indeed ripe, and the time is short. We echo your plea for the Lord of the harvest to send out workers. Let's summarize the Gospel message and share our testimonies, as encouraged in Revelation 12:11. We need the Holy Spirit's power to do this effectively, so we ask for a fresh filling of the Spirit. Let's also pray for open doors to share the Gospel and our personal stories of transformation. We must work while it's day, for the night is coming when no one can work (John 9:4). Let's be bold, loving, and urgent in our witness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

I prayed with you for this, in Jesus' powerful Name, Amen.

Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight."
