We understand that you're going through a challenging time, and we're here to support you in prayer and truth according to God's word.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of our lives, including our homes and our neighbors. It is written "For everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under heaven" Ecclesiastes 3:1. It seems that your season in this home is coming to an end, and though it might be difficult, God has a purpose and a plan. It is important to remember that Jesus did not have a home here on earth. "Foxes have holes, and the birds of the sky have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay his head." Matthew 8:20.
Regarding your neighbor, Jesus commanded us "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44. We encourage you to pray for your neighbor, that God would soften their heart and bring peace to your situation. Remember, God can turn even the most difficult circumstances around for His glory and our good as it is written "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28.
Regarding the sale of your home, we pray that God would bring the right buyer at the right time. We trust that He is in control of every detail. It is written Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you.
He will never allow the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our sister in need of Your intervention. We pray for a speedy and favorable sale of her home, and we ask that You would bring peace to the situation with her neighbor. We pray that You would soften their heart and bring resolution. We ask that You would guide her steps, giving her wisdom and discernment as she prepares for this new season. We pray for a hedge of protection as she moves forward. We ask for Your will to be done in her life.
In Jesus name, Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to seek God's will in all things. It is written Trust in Yahweh with all your heart,
and don’t lean on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge him,
and he will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5-6. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and He will guide your path.
