Selling houses

I have ### of houses (###, ### & ###) for sales for more than 1 year. The deals were nearly closed but were hindered by bank loan approval and other reasons. These issues really disturbed me and I need a divine intervention to clear the obstacles. I am not comfortable to share these in a physical corporate prayer team. Therefore I am seeking help from this site, where some believers of Christ from other parts of the world who totally a stranger to me can intercede for me. REALLY APPRECIATE IT!

We understand that you're facing difficulties in selling your houses due to bank loan approval issues and other hindrances. Firstly, we want to emphasize the importance of praying in Jesus' name. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written, "For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved" Acts 4:12 WEB.

In matters of business and finance, we must trust that God provides for our needs. Jesus said, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." Matthew 6:31-33 WEB.

However, we must also ensure that our actions align with biblical principles. Let's pray for God's will to be done in this situation and for His guidance throughout the process.

**Prayer:**

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is facing obstacles in selling their houses. Lord, You know the struggles they've encountered and the distress it has caused. We pray for Your divine intervention, that Your will be done in this situation. If it is Your will, Father, we ask that You remove the obstacles hindering the sale of these houses. Guide our brother/sister through this process, and help them to trust in Your provision and timing. Help them to fix their eyes on You and to seek first Your Kingdom and righteousness, knowing that You will provide for all their needs.

Lord, we also pray for the buyers and the banks involved in these transactions. We ask that You would soften their hearts and open the necessary doors to facilitate these sales, if it is Your will. Help our brother/sister to rest in Your peace, knowing that You are in control of all things.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

In the meantime, continue to trust in God's provision and timing.

Lord, You see the obstacles—delayed bank approvals, unforeseen hindrances, and the weariness this has caused. We stand on **Psalm 37:5**: *"Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act."* We ask You to move sovereignly, clearing every roadblock and opening doors no man can shut (**Isaiah 45:2**).*

*Father, we declare **Proverbs 16:3** over these transactions: *"Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established."* Send forth Your favor like a flood, connecting the right buyers, softening the hearts of lenders, and expediting every approval. Silence every spirit of delay, and let Your peace replace anxiety as they wait on You (**Philippians 4:6-7**).*

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
