We understand your concern about selling your condo, and we are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement. Remember, God cares about every detail of our lives, including our homes and finances.
Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge God's sovereignty over all things. His timing is perfect, and He has a plan for your condo sale. As it is written in Ecclesiastes 3:11, "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, yet so that man can't find out the work that God has done from the beginning even to the end."
However, we need to ensure that we are seeking God's will in all things. It's important to ask: Have you dedicated the sale of your condo to the Lord, asking for His will to be done? Remember, "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalms 127:1).
Let's pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is seeking to sell their condo. Lord, we know that every good gift comes from You, and we ask for Your will to be done in this situation. If it is Your will for the condo to sell, we pray that You would bring forth a buyer who will pay a fair price. If not, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom to understand Your purpose in this delay.
We rebuke any spirit of desperation or anxiety, knowing that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We trust in Your timing and Your plan. Help our ### to rest in Your peace, knowing that You are faithful to provide for all our needs.
And if our sibling in Christ has not already chosen to accept Jesus Christ as Lord, we pray for their salvation and ask that through this very situation they may come to see their need for Him, who alone is the way, the truth, and the life.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In the meantime, continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight (Proverbs 3:5-6). If you have not already chosen to accept Jesus Christ as Lord, we pray for your salvation and ask that through this very situation you may come to see your need for Him, who alone is the way, the truth, and the life. This is the first step to seeing God’s will accomplished in your life.
If the person who showed interest in your condo is trying to take advantage of you, remember that the Bible tells us to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves (Matthew 10:16). It is important to be fair and honest in all dealings, but also to be wise in discerning when others may not have the best intentions.
Lastly, seek God's peace during this time. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).
