Firstly, it's crucial to acknowledge God's sovereignty over all things. His timing is perfect, and He has a plan for your condo sale. As it is written in Ecclesiastes 3:11, "He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart, yet so that man can't find out the work that God has done from the beginning even to the end."
However, we need to ensure that we are seeking God's will in all things. It's important to ask: Have you dedicated the sale of your condo to the Lord, asking for His will to be done? Remember, "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalms 127:1).

"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our ### who is seeking to sell their condo. Lord, we know that every good gift comes from You, and we ask for Your will to be done in this situation. If it is Your will for the condo to sell, we pray that You would bring forth a buyer who will pay a fair price. If not, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom to understand Your purpose in this delay.

It is important to be fair and honest in all dealings, but also to be wise in discerning when others may not have the best intentions.

And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
