We are truly sorry to hear about the difficulties you are facing with your brother. It's important to remember that God desires for us to live in harmony and love with one another. The Bible tells us in Philippians these WEB verses,
Philippians 2:3 "Let nothing be done through strife or conceit, but in lowliness of mind, each count others better than himself."

These verses remind us that we should consider others before ourselves and live in humility rather than selfishness.
We are specifically praying for your brother's heart to soften and turn back to God.
1 John 4:20 "If a man says, I love God, and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who doesn't love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen?"
Let us pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who has turned away from You and his family. We pray that Your Holy Spirit would convict his heart and draw him back to You. Soften his heart, Lord, and help him to see the error of his ways. Help him to understand that selfishness and harshness are not Your will for his life.
We also pray for the one who submitted this request, that You would give them the strength and patience to endure this trial. Help them to love their brother unconditionally, as You love us. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
