Seeking Promotion To Staff Sergeant

Please pray i need the lord to show me favour i am entering a process for the rank of Staff Sergeant. The first stage is a unit score out of 20. A couple months ago I recieved a negative document in my file that will stay in my file for 2 years. Please pray that this negative issue does not stops me from advancing. Please pray that my boss (deon) gives me a score of 20 but his superior(jane) does not reject it or advises him to give a lower score. I pray the Lord that he will send forth my friend Cyril to speak to his superior so she will not reject it and sign off on it. Lord please show favour in me in this situation. Lord there no situation, circumstances you cannot change or help. Please fill Cyril with wisdom and words, when he speaks in my behalf fill him with your words that can convince jane and help her to support me. Father lord please intervine and remove and obsticles that are stopping me or preventing me to succeed. I leave this in your hands and I thank you in the name of Jesus.
